Can't make this up. Confirmed liar (signed off on Russiagate, Biden laptop-denier) John Brennan now saying Trump probably can't be trusted enough to get traditional security briefings once he gets nomination.
Praying to God for Trump win and congressional sweep so all this stinking corruption can be ended.
If you wish the corruption to end, getting behind someone with so many legal troubles isn't obvious.
I've been missing the last week or so. Since Biden v Trump is virtually guaranteed by the Super Tuesday primaries, there seems little left to say. MSNBC and likely enough others are noting Trump's legal delaying tactics. I have heard often that justice delayed is justice denied. We will see if any criminal cases get to run to completion before the general election next November.
I am amused by the money aspect of the legal battles. In the New York civil cases, you need to post the fine money now before you can appeal. Somewhere, Trump has to come up with half a billion dollars. The MSM is already talking about finding out who will provide the money. and what they will demand in return. Whoever figures that out will likely get a Pulitzer. Trump has taken over the Republican campaign finance mechanisms, and is using the campaign funds for legal defense. We are heading into a crucial election, and one side has its campaign money being siphoned away. Many say Trump just want's the money to pay his lawyers, and the fate of the Republican Party doesn't concern him.
Meanwhile, the Democrats have lots of popular issues: the economy, common sense gun control, health care, family planning, infrastructure repair, voting rights... The Republicans meanwhile can't shut down the government, they threaten their own Speakers, and impeach without any hope of a conviction in the Senate.
I have long noted how the conservative perspective collapses after the peak of each crisis. The progressives solves the problem, the conservatives try to exploit the problem, and the new values emphasize the solutions to the problem. McConnell leaving Senate leadership, congressmen retiring, any election that involves family planning going to the Democrats... It seems those in the know are already preparing for the collapse.
Anyhow, I will still be hanging around and answering the more absurd posts, but I may not be as persistent if my current mood sticks.
