Hi, new to group

I am not a financial type, but am very interested.
I am a project manager and thus depend on being able to manage risks.
I started out being interested in personality types about 25y ago. Then became aware what a difference allocating tasks to the right type was. About 10y ago started wondering if cultures had "personalities" as well. Then read the Strauss & Howe article in Harvard Business Review, and discovered that this Boomers stuff was not just party tricks.
Came across the General Dynamics info via Google.
This is good stuff.
