When potential new entrants are shut out or relegated to slave status the rallying cry for the existing troops is to do more. The result is overload. I know another engineer, also a graduate of top schools, but this person is 40s. Started career at a well known high tech company, then to consulting, etc. Now suffering from severe migraines, on reduced hours. Was flown out of state to a specialized clinic for a brain scan. Not likely to make it until retirement in my opinion, maybe not even another 5 years. Who will replace these people when they drop over?

neo-feudalism
The phenomenon of corporations taking control of cultures and individuals through money, policies, practices, and gatekeeping in general to the point that they control many aspects of everyday private life.

Because of neo-feudalism, I now work 60 hours a week just to keep my job, so I have no life outside of work.

I had to stop smoking/go on a diet/get my tats removed/buy phone service from company X as a condition of employment. Neo-feudalism is killing me.

Under neo-feudalism, those with money and power tell those without "We own your ass."

Well I talk to some of the older folks (80+) who tell me that they used to only have a half day Sunday for a break. We can also consider the command for a Sabbath rest and Moses petitioning for the Israelites to get a break (Bosses response: go make brick without straw). I think the concept of 40 (or even 35hr) is just not going to work in the long run. Well unless the new fleet of robots take over and all I have to do is study painting and literature and create "art".

I was reading George Bernard Shaw July 26 1856 – 2 November 1950 who was reading Dumas Davy de la Pailleterie July 24 1802 – 5 December 1870
The point is they wished to continue Fabian gradualism. Some would clearly convey the thin veneer of class invectives that go back even before Plato.

When Solon's military aggressions resulted in defeat, unrest at home brought the violent uprising that the elite had long feared – after Solon and his aristocratic allies had ruled for thirty-four years. The uprising was led by a man named Pisistratus, an enterprising aristocrat whom the ruling elite of Athens had driven into exile. Pisistratus tolerated no political party except his own, but he sought continued support from the common people. Like Solon, Pisistratus increased state involvement in social matters.

Democracy brought greater content to common people, but self-interest remained stronger than community interest.
Of the forty thousand adult males free to participate in deciding issues, less than a sixth did so it was noted.

The playwright Aristophanes disliked the politically ambitious promising rewards and playing on superstitions.
Athens lacked a professional, responsible, civil service. The functioning of governmental offices remained the special knowledge of a few ambitious politicians who used this knowledge to gain or maintain power and influence. For decades a man had to pass property qualifications to run for high office

As we are today, as you mention clearly the product we seen recently from the silent weapons of the silent war intent have clear costs today,
as before. John was clear and concise on the script and the fruit it bears today.
The imbalances from avarice and deception seen before have been noted before that even in wheel chairs the arrogance never goes away.
I just note the visceral antagonisms which preclude agency's action we noted as kill switches earlier. The Courts recent rulings are nothing under the wheel of time and they know that also.

Looking at the rate of accumulation of debt tells us how much more humans will have to work in order to balance the ledgers. But since the economy is also driven by consumption, the time off work is critical to keep Disneyland, etc., in business.

As was conveyed rom another:
I was the owner of a mortgage banking firm in 2006. Had 18 years of mortgage banking experience. When Billiary deregulated Fannie and Freddie all of us knew what was going to happen. By 2006 30 year olds were showing up in my offices getting stated income 110% no equity 4 year adjustable rate notes. That's when I fired everybody and shut down the company. That Trader is me ten years ago. That MBA in finance I have was worthless when all logic and reality had been removed from the marketplace.

They do not realize "care" what was done to them in vast percentages and even less now fathom it.
The comment the market does not want to be told what to do is the last nail other than hubris and the arrogated conditioning.
It will, as before snap at the appointed time.

Even before Rubin it was simply dead. Where the vultures circle we are warned.

I think some may remember Hadrian as seen from Aelius Spartianus point of view.

Whenever will simply meet whatever. As it was conveyed one day it simply stopped and the barbarians had more civility
and the common people had security in paying less protection lucre.

At the annual banking structure and competition conference of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago in May 1987, the buzzword heard in the corridors and used by many of the speakers was “that which can be securitized, will be securitized.”

As we watch and noted days ago Higg and conveyed Jevons paradox of doing more with less and the apparent sticky wage conversation since
the inception of 1993 forumed with the current new application of the same playbook is not trended properly to varying discussions as formentioned with the current kuznet cycle for the simple sake of conveyance. Its there and plain to see even before Alfred Marshall and David Hume to Mikolaj Kopernik writings on fiat.

If you made payment to the IRS in cash it would go to the incinerator. Fiat does not exist but in closed minds and created as digital ledgers
since debt is the currency of slaves.

Just like the French Dumas novel as when one more item was noted as just one to many. No clue what they are thinking since the herd
has it own decisions. Anyways once Christianity in Europe is wiped out, it will be Islam's turn to be removed some retort.
Luke 17:37 "Where, Lord?" they asked. He replied, "Where there is a dead body, there the vultures will gather."
Later after a few concise parables it was stated --- "We are going up to Jerusalem, and everything that is written by the prophets about the Son of Man will be fulfilled. After many seasons it has and shall be in His season alone. The miseducation even the neoliberals are resolved to witness which I understood to be rather accurate given the affairs to the statement.

The new tax would confiscate more than 100 percent of its profit from operations in Puerto Rico
The company did not explicitly threaten to leave Puerto Rico if it did not prevail, but it did argue in court that no business could operate for long in a place that confiscated all of its profit.
A federal judge in San Juan threw out a new tax that Puerto Rico had tried to impose.

They will still be bankrupt as we will be since they simply take from us.

The P300 (P3) wave is an event related potential (ERP) component elicited in the process of decision making. It is considered to be an endogenous potential, as its occurrence links not to the physical attributes of a stimulus, but to a person's reaction to it.

Above average releases and its mans fault on emissions, hard to tell if they are just stupid evil, or simply evil stupid.

The guys name alludes me "volcano and chemist guy in the PhD realm, in addition to countless decades of facts, and he stated that one release was enough sulfur dioxide alone to cover mans whole industrial revolution on that release alone.

Tubman collaborated with John Brown in 1858 in planning his raid on Harpers Ferry. The two met in Canada where she told him all she knew of the Underground Railroad in the East. Advising him on the area in which he planned to operate, she promised to deliver aid from fugitives in the region. Brown's admiration for her was immeasurable, and he wanted her to accompany him on the raid. Tubman planned to be present but was ill at the time and could not participate.

Tubman's resistance to slavery did not end with the outbreak of the Civil War. Her services as nurse, scout, and spy were solicited by the Union government. For more than three years she nursed the sick and wounded in Florida and the Carolinas, tending whites and blacks, soldiers and contrabands. Tubman was a short woman without distinctive features. With a bandanna on her head and several front teeth missing, she moved unnoticed through rebel territory. This made her invaluable as a scout and spy under the command of Col. James Montgomery of the Second Carolina Volunteers. As leader of a corps of local blacks, she made several forays into rebel territory, collecting information. Armed with knowledge of the location of cotton warehouses, ammunition depots, and slaves waiting to be liberated, Colonel Montgomery made several raids in southern coastal areas. Tubman led the way on his celebrated expedition up the Combahee River in June 1863. For all of her work, Tubman was paid only two hundred dollars over a three-year period and had to support herself by selling pies, gingerbread, and root beer.

Today they would give a orange suit and never to be seen again in git-mo under NDAA.

Nathan - I've been meaning to write to you and let you know that the
reason that the Wiki is no longer available is that it was targeted by
a massive DDOS attack with thousands of hits per minute. The company
that hosts the web site called me to tell me they had to shut it down
because it was making multiple other web sites unavailable. That was
months ago. The attack is still going on, though at a lower level of
about 100 hits per minute, but they're having no effect since the wiki
is unavailable. I know that if the wiki is available again, then the
massive attack will be repeated, so I really don't know what to do
about it.

I've been under various kinds of low-level DDOS attacks for years.
The reason that I split the forum off from the main web site was
because both of them were being attacked, and I thought it would be
better to separate them.

My research has indicated that the attack comes from Chinese IPs.
Whoever it is really hates me, but of course that's nothing new, as a
lot of people hate me even if they aren't launching ddos attacks.
