Wall Street followed European shares lower and losses deepened even as strategists said a recession would take time to materialize or could even be averted.

“Our various models do see an uptick in recession probability but are flashing yellow versus red,” said Dan Ivascyn, group chief investment officer at Pacific Investment Management Co (Pimco) in Newport Beach, California.

“The historical narrative behind that inversion is significant,” said Peter Kenny, Founder of Kenny’s Commentary LLC and Strategic Board Solutions LLC in New York.

“It is not however, a foregone conclusion that we will see a recession in 2019. It is an indication there is weakness on the horizon and frankly a lot of that weakness in that narrative is really being fed, fueled by what we are seeing around the world.”

Question in my mind is if the pundits quoted above regarding the yield curve are wrong. My guess is yes, because the train is approaching faster than it would be before a typical recession because what is coming is a category 6 shitstorm, not a recession. I think the ratio of FAGIX to VUSTX shows that.

My guess is long term rates could start to spike any day, any minute and that is what will start the implosion of the debt and derivatives, as well as everything else. The historic action of the yield curve relative to the onset of recession is a hook that feeds the extreme greed before the implosion. It makes the herd think they have a few more months to gamble and to get out of their bets. It feeds the collapse to zero.

Principal and I just had that discussion on book H.
Book four intact and cot reports and the hedges before
the proverbial s%^storm of compartilization hubris.
No one expects the inquisition.
The eu bank mergers derivatives and the italians marxist frosted the cake
to a few events we know well.
This discussion as recycled petrodollars underscores the Italian problem
we discussed earlier.
Not in the market for busted brokers luxury items either.
Point not even deflated assets will save these formatted fools for the real picture
we do not want to see again.
Ugly you can forget. This is Hubris on levels they cannot understand.

The socialist suicide cults hold the key to the actual disintegration.
I believe so. It's a key factor many are missing. AOC's popularity is telling us something.

The neogreen mask movements and the EU derivatives market has infiltrated more that many realize. Consider the ACA and the lineage we forwarded.

Islamic doctrine is dualistic, so there is an opposite view as well. Here is the last verse written about the People of the Book (A later verse abrogates or nullifies an earlier verse.). This is the final word. It calls for Muslims to make war on the People of the Book who do not believe in the religion of truth, Islam. 9:29 Make war on those who have received the Scriptures [Jews and Christians] but do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day. They do not forbid what Allah and His Messenger have forbidden. The Christians and Jews do not follow the religion of truth until they submit and pay the poll tax [jizya] and they are humiliated.
The sentence “They do not forbid…” means that they do not accept Sharia law; “until they submit” means to submit to Sharia law. Christians and Jews who do not accept Mohammed as the final prophet are Kafirs.
Muslims pray five times a day and the opening prayer always includes:
Koran 1: 7 Not the path of those who anger You [the Jews] nor the path of those who go astray [the Christians].

As you conveyed AOC has already asserted what it is allegiant to.

No matter how impossible it cannot be proven incorrect.

All recent posts aside, these are my big picture items indicating a bear market is possible:

Primarily:

Decline in birth rates similar to what preceded 1929 and 1966 tops.
FAGIX VUSTX ratio indicates lack of confidence similar to 2007 onset of stock market decline.

Secondarily:

BKX and KRE canaries in the coal mine.
While the periphery breaks down rather slowly at first, the capital cities of the hegemon should collapse suddenly and violently.

Yes they are H.
The paper tiger is unhappy leering into this market.
First attack is credibility.
They consider the dialectic amusement and contempt to the actual owner of the garden.

And why do you break the command of God for the sake of your tradition?
later he warns
These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me.

My point is simple they are no longer drivers but push anything in front of it.
Genuflecting has consequences to the practices they have embraced.

God himself established the very idea of nations and borders. Acts 17:26 declares,
“From one man he (God) made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth;
and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands.”
The cap and corner stone has already been paid in blood they deny.

χείλεσίν shore

However, they saw them and welcomed them from afar.
And they acknowledged that they were strangers and exiles on the earth.

Weaponsing Humans is evil.
Borders are set for reasons that are ignored.

Currently 20% of Georgia's internationally recognized territory is under Russian military occupation.
Russia does not allow the EUMM monitors to enter South Ossetia and Abkhazia in violation of the Six Point Ceasefire Agreement.
