My first reaction was that Chapwood is fake news. The difference between Chapwood and the published figures is massive and ongoing. People who live in a country know if the inflation figures are crooked. If Chapwood is accurate how on earth does the Federal Government get away with it

I see a faint glimmer that the all time high could have happened in the overnight trade.

On a weekly basis (generational top time frame), the market still has the look of a market about to launch into its final blow off, but that is based on studying previous bubbles, and that approach has been wrong in recent years, as everyone can see what should be coming. I would put forth the thesis that on a quarterly basis (multi century time frame) the blow off has satisfied pattern requirements.
While the periphery breaks down rather slowly at first, the capital cities of the hegemon should collapse suddenly and violently.

The problem of course is. That the market easily makes fools of us all. If SP 500 makes asignificant break out from 3225 the nexr technical target is 3486 and thats for very confident punters. My view is that the SP 500 will test the 2965 level in January where there is an unfilled gap on the daily data. I am hearing quite a lotof cautious views for 2020 as a year.

Gold is a lot stronger today which may forecast a SP 500 down at open. But its half a day with the juniors manning the desks. No great shakes until January I suspect

Where visibility is concerned, our belief is that, if the economy does tip over in the coming few years, retrospect – which always enjoys the 20-20 vision of hindsight – will say that the signs of the impending crash were visible well before 2013. For a start, anyone who believed that a globalisation model (in which the West unloaded production but expected to consume as much, or even more, than ever) was sustainable was surely guilty of willful blindness. Such a state of affairs was only ever viable on the insane assumption that debt could go on increasing indefinitely.
Charles Mackay chronicled many delusions, but none – not even the faith placed in witchcraft – was ever quite as irrational as the belief (seldom stated, but always implicit in Western economic policy) that there need never be an end to a way of life which was wholly dependent on ever-greater debt.

Aramaic word iddan appears several times: Daniel 2:8,9,21; 3:5,15; 4:16,23,25,32; 7:12,25.
The word means time or a year, depending on the context. When it is used with a definite article or a fixed amount, it refers to years.
