The district court held that the Secretary failed to analyze whether the projects would promote the primary objective of Medicaid—to furnish medical assistance.

Regardless of the political trend toward re-enfranchisement, there is nothing unconstitutional about disenfranchising felons—even all felons, even for life. See Richardson, 418 U.S. at 56 (holding that the lifelong disenfranchisement of felons does not violate the Equal Protection Clause).

In sum, the court held, “the state may not treat criminal defendants more harshly on account of their poverty.”
Perhaps the framers knew what they were doing when they put federal judges beyond the reach of politics.

No the yoke of tyranny grows in and of fiat debt.

They wet themselves as active measures they deny grow.
At least when they stabilized long ago the offenders head was in a sealed container of wine for confirmation
the region corruption ended.
At least the last Office understood that point and recognized it as such.

The implosion of the dnc death star will be that moment of solace as they continue to sell viable humans
for fifteen thousands fiat paper per soul. Hell will not relent for those pure souls at our Masters care.

If you are defending them, then you are either naive or corrupted.
The law of diminishing marginal utility is at the heart of the explanation of numerous economic phenomena,
including time preference and the value of goods; and it also plays a crucial role in showing that socialism is
economically and ethically inferior to capitalism.
Both the FITD and DITF techniques increase the likelihood a respondent will agree to the second request.
You are now on the perimeter of good and evil.

Bot smashing is the only thing that's kept me alive. I smash the bots relentlessly around the clock. So tired of it.

I have to smash the bots so that I can stay alive if they run it to a new all time high. If they don't, then I have a 10 lot short from close to last week's all time high that I will hold until the market drops to under fair value (currently around 1300).
While the periphery breaks down rather slowly at first, the capital cities of the hegemon should collapse suddenly and violently.

From 2012, just to keep things in perspective.

She told me that during one of the grievance meetings she told the management that this place is more corrupt than Communist China. Judging from the tone of her voice, she wasn't joking, she in fact seemed quite angry. I asked her what the management said in response to her comment. She said they laughed. She regrets coming to the US.

Fascinating, Higg. How do you smash a bot? And why?

You smash a bot by mugging the high frequency traders at night. Why? Because that's where the easy money is. And the other reason is fear. Fear I'll run out of money before the bull market ends.

I think That the market may well have turned now. Futures down 2,5% as I write; but not sure that this is the big one, maybe only down 10%

“The events we experienced leading up to February 10 are another culmination of the efforts of Canada to discredit and criminalize us for simply existing on our land as we always have — for defending our rights to our landbase and our historic economy, our ways of empowering ourselves — because of the threat to the capitalist economy.”

In the wake of the police raids, leaders of the movement declared, “Reconciliation is dead.”
