U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman concluded that “as despicable as this practice may be,” Congress did not have the authority.

The Establishment Clause is a limitation placed upon the United States Congress preventing it from passing legislation respecting an establishment of religion. The second half of the Establishment Clause inherently prohibits the government from preferring any one religion over another.

The Judge allows female mutilation with no decision basically since the Senate are basically Dullards.
Third world thought map on the bench since the Feds are to stupid.

Not that few sects are different this sects confirms the point clear as "There is a lone legal question".

So you can authority only thinks about lone legal question. Reductionism has no mores other the part for gain.

will do since we know cycle 24 is still in effect

An option contract giving the owner the right, but not the obligation, to sell a specified amount of an underlying asset at a set price

I increased mine 400 percent as noted already

we warned of in-put cost and mid january thought map

if we are carving a bottom n was correct into it and

when this week indicated i sold 1/3 of the 400 percent and bought crude at $54.## as 4/1 increase as base support hedge

machines are 90% vol/vol

i track the bots base as do you

we know the cracks H so limit/but play

hes right on landscape as John indicates also clearly and correctly

"This combined with winds gusting 15-30 mph will make it feel below zero at times through Friday morning"
They told me last month no way can this happen.

patterns are real and so is not play

depends on the pattern.....

the vega lighter fluid led the way as noted

Very little is known about the tribe, according to Sophie Grig, a senior researcher at Survival International,
an indigenous peoples charity.

They are the most isolated tribe in the world.

Stay that way since AI cannot fathom Irony. let AI walk the minefield on crater formation

38.7% Stocks 10.1% Bonds 51.2% Short Term Reserves

if $ goes up I make more. if not i do not care

Think of it this way, Anderson was off three days, we know why.....

In 41:26, Isaiah makes it plain that the mission of Cyrus was a matter of prophecy, not educated speculation.

Not concerned with three days since it is not our garden anyways.

Business Cycle Index have provided early reliable warnings for the past seven recessions.
The BCI at 246.8 below last week's level, and no recession is signaled.
N is on track as are you in your Good hunting. Help those who are pure. Since are all in His debt.

A common mistake is thinking "value" means "cheap."
Its not for some time as margin unwinds past this first crater of the vega crater only for now.
Wait for the actual numbers as the usual suspects since machines are in control.

The bots are very short term. I am competing directly against the bots. Many systems use rules based trading, but I do not.

My trading is entirely based on the fact that bots don't know how to value equity. And they're not getting any better at it; they're getting worse as the percentage of NYSE volume controlled by the bots increases.

Time-varying volatility of volatility is a significant risk factor which affects both the cross-section and the time-series of index and VIX option returns.
We understand that point as they crater the arena. The evidence in the data is consistent with a no-arbitrage model which features time-varying market volatility and volatility-of-volatility factors which are priced by investors. The time series utilized sank 290 millionaires. The warning was the three percent rule we sent and the month to reflect it. The date you posted was when the window was full open. This is when I used to post the paper tiger .jpg

I had to utilize another way to hedge it as we noted. When it was closed luck would suggest that. Like blaming the Indians for 45 of the 102 Mayflower passengers died in the winter of 1620–21. Another point discussed was no way with the Pacific this warm will winter be a problem. As the papers read the deformation of the crust will be typical and increased the Volcanic issues we see as cold locally and stalled fronts since the edge of cycle 24 effects that also was the purported view. Of course it is complicated. It is called real life and one thing folds it all together. The point is take all the ingredients and make a being. One rule, make your own dirt as you cannot use the existing material since your wisdom exceeds the existing creation. Some will side with the reductionism and other side with religion. We all know faith does not need anyone's opinion to balanced and good relationships. I do not need the facts of the first seal people to remind me what the blessings and curses are as they are to be avoided and we know how that turns out. As I will forward again we are not the owner of the Garden. Which is the second and third seal in my view as forwarded clearly.

As we know they want the reductionist to make the next step on digital transaction. It is unwise with quantum computing.
(((They))) will not listen since Jacob already told us the consequences. I got nothing against Ham, Japheth or Shem.

As we read the United Nations is still over budgeted. As we read they are taking advantage of the free people under the yoke of the first seal who only parse words to reflect evil.

If you’re not familiar with Godwin’s law, it is an old internet adage that states, “As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazism or Hitler approaches 1.” Lately, I’ve found a similar principle applies to immigration. No matter what topic is being discussed online, if the conversation goes on for long enough, someone will inevitably tie it back to immigration. M

We brought up the Bantu corridor since we seen this before.
I cannot fault it since they never had a chance and the wall is between their ears also.

https://www.lucify.com/the-flow-towards-europe/

She is trying to push the UN Pact that no doubt Guterres as former UN High Commissioner for Refugees and now UN Secretary General wants foisted on the world. Merkel told German Bundestag national sovereignty needs to be sacrificed.

Angela Merkel has urged European Union members to give up more of their sovereignty to EU institutions, Die Welt has reported.

This responsibility "means building something, building a truly sovereign Europe and building a strong European Union on this sovereignty," Macron said. Earlier this month, the French president also proposed the creation of a 'European Army', which he said would defend against Russia, China and even the United States.

Hillary now blames the obvious to triangulate and fears the left to be its fallen messenger. Do not be deceived.
The democrats are sealed and are what they have done.

Your two statements here are very interesting since, at one level,
they actually contradict each other, at least by implication. The
first statement suggests that as trading algorithms improve, humans
won't be able to compete at all. The second statement suggests that
as bots improve, they're getting worse compared to humans. Quite a
conundrum!

The spoiler alert is that trading will still occur, since it
has to occur, since people have to be able to buy and sell stocks.
It's possible that the markets won't exist in their current
form, but the change might be a simple change in the rules to
create a level playing field, something like delaying each
transaction for three seconds.

(Here's an algorithm change that I would consider cool: The stock
exchange collects transactions for three seconds, and then executes
them in random order.)

However, the most interesting thing is your observation that
the bots seem to be getting worse compared to humans. How could
that be happening?

Once again, we have to distinguish between the best bot (singular)
versus the average bots (plural). The best bot should be able to beat
any human. But the market is extremely dynamic, and what we're
calling the "market environment" can become unique very quickly. So
once the best bot becomes commoditized, and everyone has one, and the
"best bot" becomes the "average bot," then people will start to catch
on and collectively change the market environment.

Take yourself for example. Let's assume that the best bot could
do better than you -- you earn $1,000 per day, while it
earns $2,000 per day. That's ok, because you're still making
money.

But now suppose that the best bot becomes the average bot. They
can't all earn $2,000 per day, since day trading is basically a
zero sum game. So they'll start losing, and you'll start losing.

As soon as you start losing, you'll stop trading and try to figure out
what the hell is going on. You'll start experimenting with some other
ways to trade. Millions of other traders will do the same thing. So
all the traders will be doing things differently, and the "market
environment" will be completely different. Since the bots can't train
themselves on the new market environments any faster than the humans
can, the best humans (such as yourself) will still be able to beat the
bots -- the average bots.
