A neglected topic in financial economics is how investment ideas are transmitted from
person to person. In most investments models, the influence of individual choices on others
is mediated by price or by quantities traded in impersonal markets. However, more direct
forms of social interaction also matter for investment decisions. As Shiller (1989) put it,
“...Investing in speculative assets is a social activity.

Self-Enhancing Transmission Bias and Active Investing.

The authors of this paper took part of data containing 80,000 Nordic investors and their investments.
This data was processed by a computer program to create a cross-sectional data set,
http://www.diva-portal.org/smash/get/di ... TEXT01.pdf
enabling the conclusions on the average Nordic investor.

However, the sheer fact of contagion in investment choice,
as documented in recent work, does not in itself explain a tilt toward
active trading.
Either active or passive strategies can spread from person to person.
So to explain this evidence, bias in the transmission process is crucial.

Political Correctness is a doctrine, recently fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and promoted by a sick mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a piece of shit by clean end!

We just started with CNN since we knew the swamp was unable to consider the working people who know and why.

I smashed the bots for about $500 this morning and have started taking small short positions.

I'm slowly building shorts in the Russell 2000 this afternoon as it hits record highs. No longer doing any bot smashing.
While the periphery breaks down rather slowly at first, the capital cities of the hegemon should collapse suddenly and violently.

Going to sit tight this window on our part.
No clue since demsheviks are clinical as we know.
Their ideology is a crippled religion; Peterson was quite correct in that.
It's not about critical thought, it's about Faith in the Party.

No longer shall the shepherds feed themselves.
I will rescue my sheep from their mouths, that they may not be food for them.

But what about the “output gap” in recent years, the theoretical paradox holding inflation in check due to an underachieving economy? And what about the deflationary forces of technological innovation and aging demographics? At this stage of the macro cycle, in our analysis, inflation is all about the “input gap”, i.e., supply shortages of primary resources.

To compare, this year’s monetary stimulus was about three times their response to the Global Financial Crisis in 2008. We also saw at least $25 trillion of newly issued debt worldwide while the aggregate value of all negative yielding bonds reached close to $18 trillion in 2020. With this macro backdrop, it is staggering to see a monetary metal like silver still trading sub $30/oz.

As we noted no clue into this maelstrom.
