Are stocks over valued? Which ones? If you buy (invest) now in an overvalued stock say at a 20 times earnings. But in a year, due to changes in taxes and regulations the earnings increase to such a point that your purchase price then vs the now current earnings makes your purchase price 4x earnings.
Did you pay too much, or did you buy cheep?
