Also, to "Bob Butler" - I am not going to be as civil towards you as the other posters here have tried to be. I am just going to tell you, right now, to STFU. Not one person here is buying into your blatant shilling for the Deep State.

This is the only recognition I will afford you, and even that is more than a shill deserves.

There is one glaring flaw in the latest web log entry. The January 6 attack on the Capitol was not performed by Trump supporters, let alone followers of the "Qanon" movement as the Deep State controlled MSM has attributed it to (and that label is itself a fictitious creation of the Deep State, used to attack the messengers and their adherents since the Deep State was unable to shut down the information). It was a false flag operation carried out by Antifa members disguised as "Qanon" followers who were ALLOWED into the building by D.C. police, and legitimate Trump supporters got caught up in emotion and got dragged into the crossfire. Some of the legitimate Trump supporters tried to stop the Antifa infiltrators. But of course the Deep State controlled MSM would never report on this.

In this entry, you also say you never thought you would see this happen. You should have seen this coming long before now. I told you before, you were mistaking their malevolence for incompetence.

Our last defense against this is something you pointed out at the end of that entry - the military isn't backing this coup. And in the end, the military is the only way to cleanse our government of their near total corruption.
I agree there were quite a few capitol police who sympathized with the insurrection.

I disagree that this was a false flag insurrection. The people who have been identified from the insurrection videos are local leaders of ‘militia’, Qanon, Proud Boys and similar organizations. Many have ties to prior demonstrations nearer their homes. Their cheers for Trump in his pre insurrection speech were genuine.

I disagree that the total corruption needs the military to clear it out. Biden’s defeat of Trump ought to do it.

How do crises usually end? Usually, the conservative values get whacked hard. To me elitism, racism, obstructionism, and creating an imaginary perspective are all vulnerable given today's mood.
Except those are the values and qualities of the Left, not of conservatives. It's as if you reside in Opposite Land.
The battle for the remnants of the Republican Party is likely enough to achieve this. Until Trumpism is purged, the ability of the Republicans to be a big tent party is questionable.
Of course the Republican Party will be a big tent party because it is the only opposition to the Democratic Party, also a big tent.

Nothing you write is correct and even responding to it is a =waste of everyone's time.

From my perspective the Republicans have always been for the Robber Barons, who evolved into the elite. With Nixon's Southern Strategy they picked up the racist vote. McConnell went into obstruction mode, not bringing anything to a vote in the senate as soon as the first black president was elected. Fox and other red media have been projecting an alternate view of what is going on for quite some time.

Possibly by the next unravelling if the bulk of the Republicans stay in denial. Trumpism depends on a big lie. As long as Trump remains the dominant factor among the Republican base, it won't take a big tent to hold those who believe there was massive voter fraud. Cling to the lie if you like. The longer more people do, the longer before the Republican big tent rebuilds.

Hmm…. Something just occurred to me. I come from the various turning sites with both red and blue contributors bumping heads. Thus, I am used to quite a bit of rough and tumble and have heard all the red ideas before. Perhaps you act like you have never heard and debated blue thoughts before because you have never heard and debated blue thoughts before? Perhaps you can’t deal with other world views because you have stayed in a nice safe ghetto where only one set of thoughts is presented?

The new Facebook group is all blue. https://www.facebook.com/groups/396877864887524

The MyBB site is mixed. It’s a bit quiet right now but if you want to get some experience… http://generational-theory.com/forum/forum-1.html

** 11-Jan-2021 World View: Think different

The following is posted on Gab.com:

Half of America sees no problem with it and that is a BIG problem.
I don’t see a problem with deleting people planning criminal activity. I do see a problem with censoring legitimate speech. I also see a problem with driving the criminals further into the dark web, in making it harder for them to be intercepted and monitored. If I saw criminal activity, I would inform law enforcement and inquire as to whether the criminals should be driven further underground.

Are people here really defending criminal activity?

Most here make the same point I have, that I have no equity in a country filled with looters, thugs, gangsters, and degenerates, and many are happy to see it all burn down so we can rise from the ashes anew. I think many ethnic groups think the same. I can see Hispanics and Blacks being very happy to see whitey go off to die and when the dust settles, they inherit everything.
This does summarize well the tribal thinking approach. There is a division between us and them, a xenophobia towards them, eventually leading to confrontation. That seems to be a common viewpoint here.

Now I could apply your descriptions above towards the capitol insurgents, the Boogaloo Bois, the Proud Boys. They apply less to the followers of Gandhi and MLK. Blue thought is towards equality, democracy and human rights rather than seeking superiority over another group.

Why do you all think that army invasions are gonna happen or that the most extreme cases of war (all out nuclear) are unstoppable/foregone conclusions? I think that's the only point of disagreement I have with this place.
John deals with Industrial Age tribal thinking, and has gathered a bunch of people who think like him. War was cost effective then, and at least the winners used to come out ahead practicing war. We are not learning fast enough, so much analysis from this perspective is still valid. I could explain the alternatives, but John is into censorship of ideas which conflict with his own.
