I saw some better articles with more detail. But this news should be an ominous sign affirming what's been rehashed here many times. Except now we can see it happening with evidence stacking up as opposed to making predictions about what is now mainstream reality.

How are you, John?

thanks for asking. for the last few weeks I've been half asleep all the time because of a gallbladder infection. however, the doctor's at MGH seem to have conquered the infection, and so I have a little more energy today. I'm going to try and post a little more, assuming that
I can do so and be coherent, but I can't make any promises.

however, this set of circumstances has led to a somewhat remarkable result, for me personally. normally, I don't pay all that much attention to political coverage during elections. other than the coverage of the major issues, I'm usually content tp wait till the night of the election to see who won..

however, this time, because of my stupor and lack of energy, I had the TV on, and watched the news coverage of the election for 16 hours a day, day after day, mostly on Fox News and cnn.

so I've had something like the equivalent of 300 hours of college courses on American electoral politics. the result is that I know a lot more about American electoral politics that I ever have in the past

but there's more. I've also learned vastly more about how the brilliant US Constitution protects America. in this election, the Democrats were attempting a takeover of the government, neutralizing government institutions like the supreme Court and the electoral college, an actual coup. that actually might have worked in some other countries but not in America. the US Constitution made that absolutely impossible and we're seeing that today.

so I've developed some pretty strong opinions about what happened in the 2022 elections. in the days and weeks to come I'm going to make an effort to write posts about my conclusions, assuming that I maintain my energy level, and feel that I can write coherently.

I want to thank all of you for keeping this forum going in my semi absence. as I said before, there is no other form in the world as valuable as this one, and that's because of all of you.

It's a great day when Orcs are running for the exits.

It's also ironically appropriate that the Russians looted/took Potemkin's Kherson buried bones with them as he was Catherine II's right hand man responsible for Russia invading Ukraine centuries before.

In the coming months, it's time for the West to help Ukrainians remove the Orcs from the rest of Ukraine including sending ATACMS to speed their exit, especially with the Iranians now sending the Russians ballistic missiles. ATACMS can also help take out Iranian drone operators and drones in Crimea.
