Perhaps the point here is that the Chinese agenda moves forward. As with leftists world wide, methods are devious and varied. Sri Lanka is the poster child for Chinese scam. Money seems to be a blinding laser to extrapolation, history and common sense. Victims all around are peasant populations.
Sad commentary on the state of human existence.
