At any rate, there won't be a civil war.
Agreed. Whites will just surrender like they did in South Africa. How did that turn out?

Yes, we all hear the story about how Nazism ended in Russia and how Russia ultimately defeated Hitler. Not really true. The arctic convoys are known about, the Persian corridor is never mentioned. This was the southern route by which vast quantities of supplies were sent to the Russian Army by the Americans. US supplies to Russia during the war are shown below. The war was won by US resources, plain and simple.

Had the Russians not been involved, this resource would simply have been diverted elsewhere, e.g. in quadrupling the size of the 8th Air Force - German cities would then have ceased to exist by 1944.

Lined up, touching, end to end, length ways, the trucks and jeeps that the US supplied to Russia would stretch in a line from Northern Scotland to Spain. Sometimes you just need to examine the facts!

400,000 jeeps & trucks
14,000 airplanes
8,000 tractors
13,000 tanks
1.5 million blankets
15 million pairs of army boots
107,000 tons of cotton
2.7 million tons of petrol products
4.5 million tons of food

Vandals, most likely BLM or ANTIFA, have attacked and vandalized chruches and the Oregon Historical Society in Portland, Oregon. "NO MORE HISTORY" was spray painted on the walls of the society's offices.

How will BLM use GD if they destroy history? Oh, wait. They just need their version of history to justify reparations.

So how is being defeated by the Red Chinese worse than being taking over by BLM?

Would deflation strengthen or destroy the US dollar? I'm not an economist and the answers online are all over the place. What do you say, John? Is gold better to have in a deflationary period?

I heard one analyst make the following speculation about what happened: Perhaps Biden fears a coordinated attack next month on Ukraine by Russia simultaneously with a Chinese attack on Taiwan, and so Biden did not want American warships to be trapped in the Black Sea.
A joint attack like that would throw the GD prediction of an American/Russian alliance against China out the window.

Not necessarily.

Do recall that Russia and Germany jointly invaded Poland in 1939. At that time, it seemed that all chances of a Russo-British alliance against Germany were "out the window." Less than two years later, the Russo-British alliance came into fruition after all when Germany betrayed Russia and attacked it.

That being said, at this point I wouldn't rule out the possibility of Russia allying with China against the USA either.

Samuel Huntington, whose ideas I strongly suspect influenced John's, stated that there are three "swing" civilizations that could go either way in the upcoming "Clash of Civilizations," which would pit the West against China and the Muslim world. Those "swing" civilizations are the Orthodox Christian world, India, and Japan. Russia is the main power of the Orthodox Christian world, for context.

Based on what has played out so far, Russia is by far the most likely of the "swing" powers to side with China against the USA. Meanwhile, it is 100% certain that Japan will side with the USA. As for India, it is definitely siding with the USA as long as Russia does not side with China.

If Russia does side with China, India likely will initially stay neutral as long as it's not attacked, blockaded, or sanctioned. In this scenario, what India does next will largely be determined by how the war plays out. If China is losing, India will side with the USA. If China is winning, India will either stay neutral (if Russia is also winning) or side with China (if Russia is losing).

No they won't. China and India are deadly enemies. At best India would try to stay neutral. I doubt they would do that. Best for India to attack when China is engaged on all fronts.

"When China is engaged on all fronts?"

If Russia sides with China, then China won't be engaged on all fronts. Russia siding with China will eliminate the need for China to fight a "Northern Front" and probably a "Western Front" too. China then will only be fighting an "Eastern Front," as long as India stays neutral.

That being said, if Russia sides with China and China is winning the war, then India won't have any reason to continue seeing the US or Japan as viable allies in a future conflict against China. Russia would be India's last hope, at that point. Thus, it would be in India's national interests to ensure Russia comes out of the war not only in one piece, but also significantly strengthened. If the US is in a position to prevent that from happening, then India will have no choice but to enter the war on the side of China, in order to ensure that Russia will still be able to place a real check on China's power post-war. Because in a post-war world where China is stronger than ever, the US and Japan are defeated, and Russia is weakened, India would be totally screwed.
