The collapse of the CCP is now in public view and the citizens have reached their breaking point.
Will they collapse peacefully or lash out as we expect?

This is interesting for at least the first 15 minutes as a catch up on what's going on.

CNN: Taiwan's President billed midterms as all about China. Now she's resigning as party chief.

Taiwan seems to have chosen sides in some small measure. Apparently their priorities are not in line with the grim reality of the imminent threat.that they're facing,

It doesn't seem to be a civil war but a boiling over of discontent. Maybe like what happens in a dictatorship, the masses of people lose faith in the ruling elite. Apparently the common people are at their cracking point and feel that have nothing to lose by protesting government tyranny. If this continues or grows it will be an immediate existential threat to the rulers. Further crackdowns will merely inflame the situation. Concessions have been talked about but they're on a bind and find it hard to change course. Assuming that the elites want to remain in power, they will have to galvanize the people somehow. Some believe it will be to find an external national cause or common enemy .

I’m at the ‘acceptance’ stage of grief. A lot of people are still at ‘denial’. Yes, it’s unfair, rigged, malicious, etc. But the truth is Britain (and Western Europe) is finished. The only option is to leave. Or face the consequences.
The UK has been in serious decline for decades now. Poor government choices, and short termism have left us with a decrepit infrastructure and poor public services.

Brexit and Covid pushed us over the edge, accelerating the speed of decline to a car crash, and the war in Ukraine has added huge pressures upon the cost of living.

Being loyal, hardworking and dutiful simply does not pay. It's merely an invitation to get dumped on from a great height.

But life is becoming decidedly unlovely right across the world. Sooner or later, that fact will catch up with you, wherever you go.
That 30% real terms drop in doctors salaries during the Tories time in power is typical across the board and is due to one thing.
High immigration costs.

And while businesses profit, ordinary people pay the bill for it.

Other countries have had nothing like the levels of immigration the UK has.

Before Brexit around 75% of all EU free movement was people coming to the UK.

UK people have paid a huge cost for it.
Traitors gonna traitor ... we see similar things in the US, but no, not to the extent. Europe is the experimental ground now, as you all see. They are paying the price for choosing mammon over God and the culture denying Christianity, which is what made it great in the first place.

Laziness, lack of commitment, no sense of responsibility, corruption, a continuing failing NHS run by quangos creaming off the funds that should be going to the front line, police forces that prefer to turn a blind eye to crime, not counting riding around in pretty rainbow vehicles. The list is endless. Last one out, switch off the lights, if you could afford to have them on in the first place. The UK has now become the world's cesspit.

The UK is now a country where there's no incentive to work hard and succeed. It's no longer just a matter of "I don't want that promotion because I'll pay more tax and lose my child benefit" but one of "why should I work full time when the government will top up my wages in benefits". If you're hard working and aspirational the overwhelming message is that you'll be punished for it.
Add into that mix the fact that if you're in your thirties or forties, you're not only paying more tax but thanks to the much belated rise in retirement age, you'll have a fraction of the retirement your parents and grandparents had, at a time when the pension uplift is about twice your pay rise. Why on earth would you stay in the UK?

Where can go? You talk about moving back to Europe, but where?
I wouldn't move to England.
It's not just happening in the UK, migration is escalating in Ireland and the Netherlands, and I'm sure many more European countries.
All you have to do to emigrate to the UK is get halfway across the English Channel on a rubber boat and you are guaranteed hotel accommodation, free medical care and cash; courtesy of muggins taxpayers.

how will it end?

several people have posted complaints about the massive corruption in the governments of the United States and Britain. these complaints are valid, and the same thing is happening in many other countries, including china, Russia, and ukraine.

from the point of view of generational dynamics, this massive corruption is to be expected. this is a generational crisis era, when the sensible survivors in the last crisis War, who are the only ones that really understand the danger of corruption, have all disappeared, and the only people left are children who think corruption is fun.

generational Dynamics tell us how all this will end. since all these countries are being run by idiots, you won't be very long before someone does something really stupid and starts a war. come to think of it, that's already happened, since the idiot Putin started the war in ukraine.

at some point, something will happen that the people of America will view as an existential threat to America, something similar to the attack on Pearl harbor. this will result in what we've written about many times, the regeneracy of Civic unity. this will lead to world War 3, and the idiocy will be over.

I don't know if it is actually in the Bible, but a lot of religious Christians say that the End Times will involve the truth being accepted as lies and vice-versa.

One thing is certain. Millions and millions of people are under some kind of spell. It is quite disturbing. Whether you want to call it mass formation psychosis or under the spell of evil doesn't really matter. It is real.
