Nope.

Only when the "warring parties" (the elites on the extreme ends of both sides) actually create massive food/energy/financial(actual money) shortages will there be ANY real "groundswell" (from the real people) toward taking up arms against "the other guys".

..and even then, the likely effect will be a moderate increase of "nutcase lone clown" attacks on high profile "extremist" POLITICIANS.

The "fervent" politicians, the media and the loony activists (on both sides) will "price themselves out" of people's consideration if they keep escalating the "hysteria" concerning the "other side's CRIMES".

..so, no,.. a civil war ain't happ'nin', as "something else" will occur (eclipsing the very thought of internal partisan warfare) before we're anywhere near a US Civil War.
