Protests Rocking Bosnia - Start of Awakening?

Post by chrono117 »

Lately I've been seeing news stories about destructive protests in Bosnia Herzegovina and some other former Yugoslav countries. They seemed to have started suddenly and I can't tell what they want, but it is 20 years since the fall of Communism and the war following the breakup of their country. A new generation has come of age with little to no memory of those events. It's something that deserves more scrutiny, in my opinion.

You took the words right out of my mouth. Yes, this is the beginning
of a new Awakening era, at a time of a financial crisis and very
high unemployment. This is a very bad mix.
