Let's enjoy the peace and quiet while we can. I think in spite of all the rosy predictions, a lot of people realize that the eye is just that. Confidence is still quite low. Even though most of the world is in a Crisis period, it seems like there is at least some effort to smooth things over, much of it willful blindness. It's why we haven't gone directly into Syria, because enough know that it could spark a major war, although the war-weariness is certainly a factor.
