"I guess the French people, led by Sarkozy, are already turning against the CAR "humanitarian" intervention."

I don't think Sakorzy opposes the military intervention in CAR. I heard one of his former ministers on the radio say that whatever criticism he may utter against president Hollande on a lot of issues, he completely approved of the intervention in CAR.
But at the moment, French people don't trust either Hollande or Sarkozy. The country has too many problems, too much debt, too much unemployment for people to approve wholeheartedly of such a military intervention which will cost us a lot of money (that we don't have) and some of our soldiers' lives. And earlier this year we had the Mali military intervention and it's still going on... It was supposed to last 3 or 4 months, 6 at the most...
So telling us that French interests are at stake, as the government and the media are doing, in addition to the humanitarian side of the thing doesn't convince us.

Here we go again: the first two French soldiers (22 and 23 years of age) have been killed yesterday. How many more to follow?
Can't the Africans themselves do the job...?

I guess the French people, led by Sarkozy, are already turning against
the CAR "humanitarian" intervention. That was quick!
