If ISIS takes over Iraq, would they continue to sell oil to Europe? Or would they selectively embargo it? Iran continued to sell after the fall of the Shah. ISIS must realize that embargo could lead to foreign intervention, not to mention the bankruptcy of Iraq. I wonder how pragmatic the leadership of ISIS is.
