Just a question: Why do you focalize Mideast problem mostly with the Israel-Palestine question? Why don't you take the region as a whole?
If you take a large view, you have a clear conflict between Turkey - Iran - Saudi Arabia and Egypt to become the 21st leader of the peninsula.
So on my point of view this is where the real problem is and should be analysed (these 4 countries together, not separatly).
Is Israel important? I really don't know, the media speak a lot about it, but has it the power of anything? It could well be seen as a tool for the conflicts between muslim countries.. and then not the center of the problem.
As part of the region, you have Egypt (everybody forgets it), the country in itself is in a very bad internal situation for a long time now.
for example:

and Egypt has been and is today a strategical country, at a corner of the Mediterranean sea.
Turkey is quite stable now and doesn't want to be a problem for the world within the next years.
Egypt is a VERY different case.
How do you analyse the differences between these 2 countries with the Generational Theory and what you know yet?
What do you think?
Regards
