If Huntsman is elected, he'll be hated worse than Obama is hated, unless the crisis breaks open on his watch, just as Obama will be beloved if the crisis breaks open on his watch. Until the crisis breaks, moderates will be hated by two groups, those on the left, and those on the right. That's the name of the game in these times. After the crisis breaks, we'll have moderates everywhere, and lots of "stand together and move forwards".
