If they really do land troops to support Assad, that's going to make this situation very dangerous. I have my doubts about it, but it's still a possibility.

Seems like China's almost waiting for one of their neighbors to give them an excuse to declare war and invade. Last year, you said that this war is no longer distant and an attack in 12-18 months is a reasonable expectation. http://www.generationaldynamics.com/cgi ... hina110828 Do you still consider that an accurate statement?
