I saw that headline as a crawler on BBC news, which didn't even mention it otherwise. Reading the story, it's not a governmental collapse as we Americans understand it, but just one of those things that happens in a Parliamentary system. One party is suddenly out and a new election must be called. Politically important, I'm sure, especially if you're Dutch, but the bureaucracy will keep on running things, the streets will still be swept, and the cop on the beat won't see any change.
