Brexit will only be damaging economically if the EU chooses to make it so. You cannot tell me that a country that has been around for thousands of years suddenly needs to stay in a bizarre political construct like the EU.

The EU is not oxygen; it's a just the opposite: it's like blowing smoke into a baby's lungs. The sooner the UK leaves, the better.
