Less that two weeks after the United States Post Office announces it will elect to violate Federal Law rather than implement it's own costs cutting plan.

The Obama administration announces that it will not prosecute one of the largest cases of fraud ever, and on a different front the Obama administration is finding it harder than it expected to implement it's much publicized plan to not prosecute, and not deport, illegal aliens under age 31 who have broken U.S. Federal Law.

When I saw the title, I thought you meant this:

U.S. Won’t Prosecute Goldman Sachs, Employees Over CDO Deals

The U.S. Justice Department won’t pursue criminal charges against
Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS) or its employees for allegedly
concealing that the bank bet against securities related to the housing
market that it sold to investors.

Prosecutors “determined that, based on the law and evidence as they
exist at this time, there is not a viable basis to bring a criminal
prosecution with respect to Goldman Sachs or its employees in regard
to the allegations set forth in the report,” the Justice Department
said yesterday in a statement.

“We are pleased that this matter is behind us,” David Wells, a
spokesman for the New York-based bank, said in a statement yesterday.
