It is common knowledge that the Pakistani, Iranain and North Korean nuclear weapons programs were sharing information for years.
It is known that North Korea's Uranium Enrichment technology came directly from Iran.
Iran has no need to test nuclear weapons within Iran.
Iran shares in all design and testing data with North Korea.
As testing in North Korea advances nuclear weapons design and construction, Iran is also proving their designs, which are one and the same.

The Iranians are also pursuing uranium enrichment,
and one senior American official said two weeks ago that “it’s very possible that the North Koreans are testing for two countries.”
Some believe that the country may have been planning two simultaneous tests, but it could take time to sort out the data.
