China Moves Nuclear Capable Missiles - and Troops

China is moving road mobile Ballistic Missile launchers capable of firing nuclear and non-nuclear warheads to the coast near the Islands in dispute between Japan and China.
This is happening in an environmental of live fire training exercises for the stated purpose of preparing China's military for war.
