North Korea - Cancels Non-Agression Pact - Threatens

Post by Reality Check »

.
In four months it will be exactly 60 years since the Korean Was was suspended, and the shooting war on the Korean was "temporarily" suspended pending successful completion of peace talks, and signing of a peace treat between the United Nations and North Korea. Such a treaty never happened.

This week the United Nations Security Council scheduled a vote on more "do nothing voluntary sanctions", as a sham token punishment for North Korea continuing with Nuclear weapons testing after being ordered not to by the U.N. Security council.

North Korea first threatened to cancel the ceasefire that suspended the Korean war, if the "do nothing" sanctions were passed and then announces it has "canceled the non-aggression pack with South Korea" as pay back for "do nothing sanctions" being passed.

It is still sketchy if North Korea has formally renounced the Cease Fire Agreement of July 27th, 1953 and legally re-started the Korean war with shoot on sight "legal rules of engagement". If they have, then a shooting war between the United Nations and North Korea again exists in the world.

The bigger question here: is North Korea just acting out for attention, or is this part of a larger plan initiated by North Korea's only benefactor, Communist China?
