Ukraine - Russia - what else might they take ? Power Plants?

Continuing the analogy of Russia having been given a free shopping trip in Ukraine - what else might they take.
Remember - the United States - and Nato - have promised not to use military force in Ukraine - even if Russia invades other parts of Ukraine.
So in addition to Food - what about industry, electrical generating plants, in Ukraine - what might Russia want ?
