Ukraine - Russia - Income Producing Assets Generate Taxes !!

Continuing the analogy of Russia having been given a free shopping trip in Ukraine - what else might they take.
Remember - the United States - and Nato - have promised not to use military force in Ukraine - even if Russia invades other parts of Ukraine.
So what about taxing salaries and VAT Taxes and Sales Taxes ?
