There are a couple of flaws in your argument concerning the revolutionary change brewing in the heartland. Yes, there is a gap (ok, a GULF) between the thinking and viewpoints of the "coastals" and the "fly-overs." But that's not going to produce any change via the ballot box. The problem is two-fold: the "coastals" outnumber the "fly-overs," and, more importantly, the "coastals" vote in much higher percentages than he "flyovers." Sure, the heartland folk will show up at rallies, and clap for Trump (or Cruz, Walker, Santorum, etc), and they may even vote in the primary. But once their boy loses, they won't show up to vote.
So, unless you're positing an armed revolution, nothing will change.

Hitler came to power as a"minority" group
On election day September 14, 1930, the Nazis received 6,371,000 votes – over eighteen percent of the total http://www.historyplace.com/worldwar2/r ... /elect.htm
During the Revolutionary War, ( US ) only THREE percent of the people actually fought against Great Britain.https://freedomintelligence.wordpress.c ... percenter/

An observation --- regarding Trumps comments on immigration --- I have traveled to foreign countries a bit, Some countries, which I prefer not to mention, will NOT let you in the country UNLESS you have a ticked to LEAVE. They don't want to deal with "illegals".
I will not go into details, because it is NOT PC.

I'm not PC either, so I'll say what I have to say.
Latim America has harsh immigration policies. (Google Mexico's, Hitler would be impressed.) Latin America nations have fought full scale wars entirely over illegal immigration, the Soccer Wars being a relatively recent example. Currently the Domican Republic is in the process of expelling half a million Haitian illegals (really it will end up being over a million, if the Dominican government can get away with it) and Latin America has given its tactic support. The Communists is Vene-utopia are going to push out 5 million Columbians. The list goes on and on. Latin America is entirely fueled on hypocrisy.
I can only sneer when I hear Mexicans cry about Gringo racism...

Look you guys are getting far too worked up over all of this. For this particular ailment I prescribe a dose of ZH posts for a minimum of 10 minutes every day to offset any irregular bowel movements resulting from the impending doom and destruction.

No, I'm on a PC, running chrome, on a 70" 4k television. The comments are fine until about the 30th or so reply (after reply)... at that point the comments are nearly vertical, taking up only about 5% of the screen. Everything else to the left is white space. No ads. Using ABP.
MANvsMACHINE
Turn your television on it's side so it is no longer landscape but rather portrait (counter clockwise 90 degrees). It should be easier to read left to right now. How's that?
BigJim
It's great! But the sentences are now running vertically, for some reason.

Duh, turn your head.
Must I do everything?
Wonderful stuff!
Okay back to regularly scheduled doom and gloom

And while I am back to doom and gloom here is a really good "layman's" explanation for the uncoupling of physical vs futures pricing now taking place.
