And the voters in Austria are going to get another chance at electing a president. I guess the vote rigging was too obvious...

I just wonder, and as you said it can be hard to guess, how far the violence and killing would have gone in Germany without the Hitler government.
We could just as easy say that given all the possible outcomes, Hilter and Nazi regime were the most benevolent.
