North Koreans living in China have told visiting South Koreans that if there is a war, they believe NK will win. Why? Because NK has nothing to lose. That's their logic.

The average NORK soldier probably doesn't have anything to lose, but that is definitely NOT the the case of the Nomenklatura class in Pyongyang and other North Korean regional capitals.

You don't know what you ar talking about. If war starts, the NK elite know that the war will be all or nothing.

A North Korean "Banzai Charge" would unfold the same way as the original Japanese version. The Area between NK and Seoul is so heavily fortified with also echelon fortifications as well. Not to Mention the south has a larger resource and mobilizable reserve base and that is before any US forces are even factored in.
