Buy vxx and go to sleep with xiv - bias will be controlled by pomo not us.
I will stick with my tier three assets for now good luck.

Median Ebitda multiple for buyouts has exploded to nosebleed levels, rising by over one full turn of EBITDA since 2013 alone, and at 11.5x in the first half of 2014 is nearly 2x higher than during the last LBO bubble peak in 2008, when the average company was taken private at a conservative 9.6x EV/EBITDA. t

EBITDA Multiple gives an estimate valuation of a business operation, where value from investment activities (bills, bonds or stocks of other companies) is excluded. In other words, it estimates how many times of the EBITDA the business operation is worth. It is calculated as:
M = Business Operation Value/EBITDA Where: M= EBITDA multiple; Business Operation Value = market value of the business taken at the end of year; EBITDA = (Operating Revenue - Operating Expenses + Other Revenue)

GAAP that..

A tally -- nothing to see, just move along -- http://hereisthecity.com/en-gb/2014/07/ ... g-himself/

A bank executive from London shot his wife dead before turning the gun on himself in a tragic murder-suicide, police said Thursday.

The London Evening Standard reports that father-of-three Julian Knott, 45, an executive director for JP Morgan, shot 47-year-old Alita repeatedly before taking his own life with the same weapon.

Knott worked in the City for almost 20 years before moving to the US after being made executive director of the bank’s global network centre in December 2012. He was found dead alongside his wife in their New Jersey home on Sunday.

Their tragic deaths are the latest to rock the bank after a number of recent deaths.

Gabriel Magee, 39, an IT VP at JP Morgan, fell to his death from the roof of the bank’s 33-storey office in Canary Wharf in January.

Less than a week later Ryan Crane, 37, died at his home in Stamford, Connecticut. Since 2005, Crane had been the executive director of global program trading at JPMorgan in New York.

Also in February a 33-year-old support staff employee at JP Morgan fell to his death from the top of the bank's Asia headquarters in Hong Kong.

In March, Kenneth Bellando, who used to be an investment-banking analyst at JPMorgan in New York and was then working at Levy Capital Partners LLC, was found dead outside his apartment on Manhattan's East Side after reportedly jumping from the sixth floor of the building.

Perfect government business model g, so far as no law has been violated other than due diligence and.
If you ever thought government had a clue there never was any question who runs things

Anyways, Ala t has it covered.
On April 10, 2014 CYNK filed a Form 15, which is a suspension of duty to file reports. So basically CYNK is going dark.
e. Rule 12h-3 suspends reporting obligations at any time during an issuer’s fiscal
year upon filing with the SEC a certification of termination on Form 15, if the following conditions are satisfied:

• The issuer is current in its Exchange Act reporting obligations;
• The issuer has fewer than (1) 300 record holders; or (2) 500 record holders and assets not
exceeding $10 million on the last day of each of the issuer’s three most recent fiscal years
(the “Second Test”); and
• During the fiscal year for which the issuer seeks to suspend reporting (and if the issuer is
relying on the Second Test during the two preceding fiscal years) the issuer did not have (1)
a Securities Act registration statement relating to the subject class of securities become
effective, or (2) a registration statement that was required to be updated by Section 10(a)(3)
of the Securities Act2
"A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), also known as the Certification and Notice of Termination of Registration. It is used by publicly traded companies to revoke the registration of their securities. SEC Form 15 may also be used to notify the SEC and investors of a company's intent to cease filing various required forms because their securities no longer fall under certain filing requirements."

We consider one fourth brain damaged from legal and illegal substance abuse to be conservative in our community discussions.

But look who is feeling confident and who is not. The chart (via OtterWood Capital Management) divides us hapless consumers into two groups – households making more than $50,000 per year, and households making less than that. So we’re not comparing the top 1% to the bottom 20%. We’re cutting a line straight across the American middle class and comparing what is on either side. And the ugly reality crops up.

A family living under the city streets of Las Vegas or in one of the tent cities no longer mentioned by the media then the collapse has already happened.
For those still living relatively "normal" lives in college towns or cities near government funded venues near big banking activities it is further off.

A web startup without a web page? What are the odds it is worth $5 billion?

It is in the Pink Sheets so it is not possible to short it. That is the only reason it can get this crazy high.

NOAA updated the MEI today saying:
“El Niño came and went during the summer of 2012, not unlike 1953. I do not believe that this year’s version will be quite as short-lived, not least because the PDO is strongly positive, while it was quite negative back in 2012. Compared to earlier this year, the odds for a strong event have dwindled, with a moderate event being the most likely outcome for now. “
http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/psd/enso/mei/

An El Nino causes a temporary spike in global surface temperatures, not just land surface air temperatures. That’s what the alarmists were looking forward to. But an El Nino can also cause an upward shift in the sea surface temperatures for a good portion of the global oceans–a result of the redistribution of the additional warm water from the tropical Pacific. Alarmists attribute that warming to manmade greenhouse gases.
I enjoyed your brief summary of an El Nino, but it’s incomplete. An El Nino also causes more warm water than normal to be redistributed from the tropical Pacific to adjoining ocean basins. See the following post for an introductory discussion:

The ionosphere's E-region is still not completely understood, and scientists are trying to pin down its basic physics and chemistry. It is largely inaccessible to satellite measurements and only a small number of ground-based measurements are routinely made. Until now, there has not been a suitable method to globally observe the region's electron density and behavior during geomagnetic storm events.

Observing infrared emissions from positively charged nitric oxide can quantify the E-region's response to solar-geomagnetic storms,
When observed it's telling us about the electron density in the region.
It's an important process that needs to be considered in order to understand the thermal balance of the upper atmosphere.
We already covered the effects of the earths core flux field and geo magnetic disturbances in addition to inaccurate ozone
reading from solar patterned zone emissions. Condensed it effects the jet streams suspected and confirmed.

This was known in circa 3130 bce as speculated later in 1989 engineer by scientist Maurice Cotterell who found the way of calculating the duration of long-term magnetic reversals on the Sun. Using this knowledge he was able to break the codes. The biological effects are beyond speculation.

In addition Prof. Santos who mastered several tongues, including Greek, Latin, Sanskrit and Dravida, which are essential for the understanding of the ancient myths on and destruction by the Universal Flood. This knowledge has enabled him to decipher Etruscan and Pelasgian, the languages of the predecessors of the Greeks and the Romans in the Mediterranean region. Prof. Santos traced these languages back to Sanskrit and Dravida, establishing an ineluctable connection leading to links even we trace to scripture for those who can see.
