The most interesting market action I have seen in a long time occurred overnight.

By morning, stocks were down heavily but oil, gold and silver were up heavily.

I believe this is early confirmation that Bernanke poured too much money into the system and hyperinflation-like conditions are possible. Also, that the market does not trust what the Fed may do when stocks crash.

Correct, game appears over. They've built high cost structure into everything - health care, education, and most importantly production, and most importantly out of that is oil production. They cut the hearts out of the producers, threw them on the ground and stomped on them in glee to save worthless banks and criminals.

The important thing to remember is when all surpluses have been stripped out of the economy, all money becomes worthless, even gold. But in this case the last money sale of surplus grain will probably be for gold.

If I remember correctly, stocks were down heavily and oil surged, but
then around 11 am ET oil plummeted again. I remember them talking
about it on bloomberg tv, and showing graph of oil falling off a
cliff.

These are the 10 day hourly charts of oil and gold.

I think it's important to note that gold and oil made 10 day highs amidst this chaos while stocks made a 10 day low. Also, that those lows and highs occurred about the same time.

Here is the 10 day chart of stock futures showing the 10 day low in stocks while gold and oil made the 10 day high. This is showing an early sign that when stocks crash, gold and oil will soar. If you put your cursor on the stock low and toggle up, the gold and oil highs occur in the exact same location.
