In an unprecedented move, Erdogan has taken his putsch to the next level, and after sacking 20,000 government workers, army, police and ministry workers, he has purged a mind-blowing 40,000 educators working for Turkey's private school and univeristy system. t

AR1818 and the white horse

"When the plain sense of Scripture makes common sense, seek no other sense." The Bible is clearly telling us that one of the ways believers will be able to identify the Antichrist is by recognizing his ability to conquer the world without using deadly force. But, again, given what we know about history, is it possible to conquer the world without using deadly force?
Right now, it's not. But very soon, it will not only be possible, but absolutely necessary. Just as much of the world remains asleep to the "signs of the times," it also remains ignorant of the exponential growth of its technological capability.

Check out Shoebat who has a lot of interesting take re: Eastern approach on this particular topic. Interestingly Eastern broke away from Western long ago (even before various councils) so perhaps he is on to something.

Apparently "all the world" may not mean what the west thinks it means as the great ocean stands today as a single body of water (quite cold even this time of year btw).. Anyway different than what I have found elsewhere so please take a read...

John in habit that Islam not targeting other groups but I am no longer convinced as concerns Sharia run govts. Barry et al have destroyed secular one by one until only Putin stands in the gap. Who knew our present issues started with the Empire back in 1700's. Where in the heck do you find such diverse things? Anyway lost a few hours reading around that site.

But the first death we saw shattered this belief. We had to recognise that our generation was more to be trusted than theirs.
They surpassed us only in phrases and in cleverness.

When this is fulfilled, God will send tribulation to those who trouble them, and unbroken happiness and rest to those that are troubled.

The collectivists have won - this is precisely the dynamic they have been laboring to produce. Individualism is dead, having been starved of the rational debate it needs to survive, its rotting carcass discarded by the masses too outraged and base to care about principles anymore.
Onward toward the cliff of despair we march, certain that we each have chosen the holiest of martyrs to our cause, yet too stupid to stop and realize that the other guys are sure of the same, and yet matters grow worse, not better. Without regard to who's candidate gets enthroned.
Until such time as we the people find the ability to understand why what I have said is true, and to elevate the dialog accordingly, the individual chosen to govern will make no difference. pair

This is a work that cannot be completed except by a society of men of letters and skilled workmen, each working separately on his own part, but all bound together solely by their zeal for the best interests of the human race and a feeling of mutual good will.
