Alex Jones predicted this not long ago. He's eerily on par and we can see the descent into chaos is happening rapidly. I hope we actually don't have to experience One Second After but the sickening feeling of it being so close... I think John had this feeling and talked about it a lot even though it seemed far off at the time. But it's sickeningly close now.

Many famous people have called for this or intimidated it. They are complicit. The Leftist industrial complex has been pushing for this for many years.

I'm not a Trump fan. I've not voted for him either time. I believe in limited constitutional government, living within a budget, having meaningful debates on issues and that our elected leaders should have impeccable moral character.. which does not describe Trump.

So, I guess I should have every reason to wish bad things to happen to him, but I'm quite outraged by this. Several thoughts:

I half expected there to be an inside job assasination attempt on him. There are just too many people that religiously believe that he is an absolute enemy to their cause of a very centralized government. I don't believe this was an inside job but there are some worrying things.

On July 8 (5 days ago!) to a group of donors Biden said "We're done talking about the debate, it's time to put Trump in a bullseye." Had a Repbulican said that, the press would have been all over them.

Mega donor Reid Hoffman on July 12: "I wish I had made him an actual martyr." I think this may be what Full Moon was referring to, but I'm sure there are others.

Here's a tweet from someone at the rallly saying they saw the gun man and were trying to get the police and secret services attention. https://x.com/FinanceLancelot/status/18 ... 7659128084

that the former and future president’s detail has been asking for beefed up protection and resources for weeks, but has been rebuffed time and again by Biden’s DHS.

DHS, which oversees Secret Service protective detail “wasn’t responsive to those requests” for more resources, the source said.
We have a current president with obvious mental impairment. We have Trump - who raised his fist to the crowd as he had blood all over his face right after being shot. That is a striking difference!! I figure they are going to dump Joe, but.. when and how.. ?? And Kamala can't compete with that, I don't know any dem who could.

I hope the Trump lovers don't screw things up by rioting. But, I would imagine from their point of view, they see a fighter, who claims to fight for them, who has been lied about continuously by the media (the media has also lied favorably about the opposition), had legal lawfare thrown at him, and may very well see this as at a minimum incompetence from the Secret Service if not something worse. Pretty easy to see how they would feel the entire system is corrupt... I think it largely is.

I also think we're ready for a real push-back from the right who are getting more vocal and much more fed up with the over reach of the Woke Progressives.

Well - I don't like Trump at all, but if the election were tomorrow I might actually vote for him.. Anyway, just a take from somebody that doesn't like Trump but is really upset at the situation.

For clarification, the post I made comparing the United States to Rome and Europe to Greece was from the Second Century BC, not in the final days on the Roman Empire. At that point, Greece was a bit player, dependent on Rome for protection and was ultimately consumed by them.

As for Trump's assassination attempt... he's likely to be re-elected in a landslide. The debate destroyed what chance Biden had of winning, given he was already facing long odds. He's lost support even among minority voters. Conspiracy theories floating all around, of course.

Another history lesson: Trump reminds me of the Gracchi brothers during the late Roman Republic. They were what we would recognize as populists at a time where the Roman middle class was being destroyed, thanks to cheap slave labor. Many served in the military for years, even a decade, only to return home penniless. Their farms had been sold to wealthy landowners, leading to many begging in the streets. This left the poor and formerly middle-class unhappy, to put it mildly. Gaius Gracchus become Consul and almost immediately began subverting the laws.

However, this benefited the common people, so no amount of lectures by the aristocracy made any difference. The Gracchi brothers kept winning, kept succeeding, and no amount of obstruction seemed to matter. Many poor Romans were delighted that someone finally looked out for their interests. Instead, Rome's elite, the 'Deep State" of their day, had the Gracchi brothers killed, along with many of their supporters. This led to decades of civil war and instability within Rome, destroying the Republic.

That's a massive simplification, and the comparison is far from exact, but there are certain parallels.

My politics are very close if not identical to Jack"s.

While I am not a Trump fan, I have to point out that the Left (including Biden) have been making these type of comments (take out Trump) for quite some time, and I am not in the least surprised that this happened.

Also, not only did the protection detail not have enough assets, they failed to secure the a roof with height advantage that appears to be only about 100m from the speaking platform. This is ludicrous.

Trump can now truthfully say, pointing at Biden (who will no doubt refuse future debates): "This man told people to kill me, he weakened my security, and he is responsible for the vitriol that led to someone shooting me and killing a supporter!"

To the extreme left wing, who will undoubtedly say that Trump staged this himself, I would point out that NOONE is going to stage an assassination attempt where they would personally get shot in the ear! NOONE. Trump didn't get killed by MILLIMETERS.

This will for sure guarantee Trump's election. It is my hope that it will ALSO return both Houses of Congress firmly to Republican control, and, as an even better outcome, lead to the fracture of the democratic party, whose only "moderate" candidate was Biden.

Patriots need to be in charge of the USA for what is coming next.

In fact, as our external and internal enemies see a red wave coming in national elections, they may decide that they need to make their ultimate moves before a newly elected leader and congress are seated.

There has to be a straw that ultimately breaks the camel's back. And we're just so very, very close. There's just so much pressure building that's pushing us in this direction. I'm not a big fan of the (R) party any more than I am of Trump, but I agree with you that we at least need people who know which team they're going to fight for.

THEY WANT HIM DEAD: Just Three Months Ago Democrats Introduced a Resolution to Strip Trump of His Secret Protection

Democrats want Trump dead.

Just three months ago House Democrats moved to strip President Trump of his Secret Service protection if he is convicted.

Democrat Rep. Bennie Thompson introduced a resolution that would terminate Trump’s Secret Service protection. The legislation dubbed the “Denying Infinite Security and Government Resources Allocated toward Convicted and Extremely Dishonorable (DISGRACED) Former Protectees Act would apply to all Secret Service protectees convicted and sentenced under felony charges.

“The DISGRACED Former Protectees Act would terminate Secret Service protection for individuals who otherwise qualify for it upon sentencing following conviction for a Federal or State felony,” the announcement said.

“It is regrettable that it has come to this, but this previously unthought-of scenario could become our reality. Therefore, it is necessary for us to be prepared and update the law so the American people can be assured that protective status does not translate into special treatment —and that those who are sentenced to prison will indeed serve the time required of them,” Democrat Rep. Bennie Thompson said according to the Washington Times.

On Saturday President Trump was shot at during a rally in Pennsylvania by a man positioned on a roof nearby.

Trump was rushed to a medical facility after a bullet grazed his ear.

Just last month Democrat Bennie Thompson was pushing the resolution again.

Was Biden’s regime behind the attack, or did it deliberately do everything it could to allow it to happen?

I'm going to also say that while my primary sympathy lies with the deceased victim, Corey Comperatore, with the other injured parties, and with President Trump, I can't help but feel some sympathy for the shooter. He was obviously confused and /or ill, although not likely to the point that he was not responsible for his actions. But I can't help but wonder what role him hearing on every side of his world that Trump was an "existential threat" played. It's not hard to see how a mentally ill person might feel like he was saving the world after hearing that crap.

These types of things are set up by the government, at this point beyond all doubt, and most of what they do is pscyhological operations. As such, the guy was prey and abused by propaganda, given that anyone with a right mind would know that the patriots/defenders and the assassin organization would both want him dead after the attempt, successful or not.
