A few years ago I used to post the Gen X Debacle of the Day. We've moved beyond that at this point as we confront the boundary of the new dark age. I've since changed it to Dark Age Chronicles.

So today my wife asked me to call the car dealer to see about our next free oil change. When we bought the car, they offered free oil changes for the first 36,000 miles. Her question was whether we need to make an appointment or can go back to just bringing the car in when it's convenient. Initially, we were able to just bring the car in. Then later we had to start making an appointment.

So first the woman tried to locate our account. I gave her my wife's phone number but she couldn't find it. Then I gave her my phone number and she found something but no car attached to it. I said, well, I have a 23 year old Toyota that may be why you have an account for me. I came in a couple times to get parts.

She asked if I still have the car. I said yes, I have a 3 year old kid and a 23 year old car. She got a good laugh out of that. I said next time I have to do one of those graduating class updates I think I'll start it with that.

Anyway, I gave her my wife's phone number again and she found the account. Next, she told me they have no appointments for oil changes until late January because they have a shortage of mechanics. I told her I had understood that going past 8,000 miles on an oil change would void the warranty. She confirmed that was right. So then we had a discussion about what needs to be done if it looks like we will go over 8,000 miles before the first available appointment.

And on it went, you get the idea. Probably about an hour of three people's time (20 minutes each) was wasted just talking about an oil change.

Finally, I said to my wife, "All this for an oil change?" You know, I just go out and change the oil on my Toyota and it's relaxing. Takes about 20 minutes.

The big three will not survive the actual transition as we knew it. Getting calls on that topic will they survive. Noted to them they already spit the segment to survive. IDKOY integration technology to be phased in and will end them as the $10000 work truck also ends that rotted and bloated looting segment. Brokers are seeing it as repo and lockup at dealerships in flows as we indicated.
I bought the last year last model the last without the twinturbotard installs on their drive train. As we noted for the dry lithium sulfide will end the current tech as it ramps up into 2027. Yea I bought a 2023. It has two functions as nothing but factory tow package and nothing else as it will run 300000 miles with basic care. As we noted the twin derp turbo was not a good idea to hang with the found on road discharged and general disarray cult. As it was aptly put, we depend on the stupidity of the taxpayers. Sogo supply chains will blow past them like a summer breeze. If a defect is found any employee has the ability to cease production. The only pain in the ass is your years of apathic debauchery to others.

The linkage is 1927 effect into the disaster phase for actual manufacturing. I watched again the Ford effect in 1927 leading to the nation of
tranche and margin credit implosion. One of the main themes was its different this time as they assimilated the period of the market lemming
effect. The point was made it was already into the phase. Sat Feb 05, 2022 5:54 pm

“It is the eternal struggle between these two principles — right and wrong — throughout the world. They are the two principles that have stood face to face from the beginning of time; and will ever continue to struggle. The one is the common right of humanity, and the other the divine right of kings. It is the same principle in whatever shape it develops itself. It is the same spirit that says, "You toil and work and earn bread, and I'll eat it." No matter in what shape it comes, whether from the mouth of a king who seeks to bestride the people of his own nation and live by the fruit of their labor, or from one race of men as an apology for enslaving another race, it is the same tyrannical principle.”

Every year I open a new business credit card account because they give really good deals for opening a new account and spending a sufficient amount. I was looking recently at a few offers of $700 for spending something like 5k or so. I started looking yesterday at what's available and there's nothing much. Small offers and most cards have hefty annual fees. It makes me think it's a tightening of credit for the consumer. We've been hearing about record levels of credit card debt and it seems they're starting to cut all the great deals previously available.

Many aspects worth commenting on but the first one is his discussion of the DTCC or, as he refers to it, the DTC.

I told him I didn't think so because the DTCC does not put ownership in the name of the true owner nor do they provide any means to do so. I also said that the only way I know of to get ownership in your name is to call investor relations at the company whose shares you want to buy and see if they will sell shares directly (bypassing the exchange) and issue you a certificate or put your name on their books.

So, do you think you own the stocks you've bought?

Think again.

For those of you who have not heard of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corp. (DTCC) and you own stocks ... sit down. This might change your your whole way of thinking.

The common explanation would be someone was leveraged up and had to get liquid.

I have a friend who's long a lot of gold and he's been real excited. I said to him, well, we'll find out if gold is real money when there are balance sheet problems.

Let's say I have a position in GLD. The DTCC has me on their electronic books but there's no longer a paper certificate available to put in my name. Anyway, I think that's how it works. I go to my bank because I'm tapped out and present the GLD as potential collateral. My banker asks if I have anything I can sign over to him with regards to the GLD. I don't know - do I? He asks where the gold is stored. I tell him I'm not sure but I think it's stored in London. He says can you get that moved here to our vault or what does this electronic statement thingy you have give me if you default on the loan you're asking for?
Higgenbotham wrote: Thu Jan 12, 2012 2:50 pm That pretty much sums it up. Too complex to predict but the way I'm fuzzing it out at this point is to think in terms of putting no more than 1/3 of my money in stocks no matter how cheap they get, and to think that making an investment might entail talking to a company official at length, doing extensive research on the particular company, and perhaps buying the shares directly from the company and putting them away in a safe place for the long term, which is how investing was meant to be done. No more indirect ownership, as in DTCC and electronic bookkeeping for one thing.

A few seconds into this link he mentions that beginning in 2014 the CSDR was the equivalent of the DTCC in Europe. "By law the securities are transferred by a mandatory link to an international securities depository. So they want cross border mobility of the collateral to occur."

Gold was backing the financial system in the 1930s; today securities back the financial system. This time they will seize all the securities and are set up to do it.

Yeah, I agree with this. In the 1930s there were winners and losers. This time they will destroy everything, including themselves.

Sat Sep 12, 2009 6:35 pm our discussions in addition to the conclusions of the Federal Law Suit to the custody chain to covenant equity contracts.

We know the hook in there Jaw is as real as the effects they deny.

People do not fathom how easy it is to derive ownership of assets in contract to others. As we told you in the clearest terms

"This time they will seize all the securities..."

That's according to the video.

I have no idea what will happen or if there is a consensus at high levels as to the preferred path.

My only opinion has been and remains that when the Central Bankers around the world did coordinated bailouts in late 2011 that sealed the fate of the financial system being a total and horrible collapse. I think before the path taken in 2011 it would have been possible to salvage some of it, as in the 1930s. That's just opinion. That's easy, anybody can have one.

The video just talks about the financial system. Since 2011, the financial system has gotten into deeper trouble with the all one market bubble. Besides that, there are worsening conditions of war, disease, environmental stress, aging of and stress on populations, and more, that appear likely to converge all at once if a financial collapse erupts anytime soon.

If the powers that be have a plan to allow a financial collapse to take place as the video suggests, it should have been done a long time ago, like at least 12 years ago, not now. I really think the intention was to paper over a collapse so that it wouldn't happen or at least to put it off for as long as possible.

The subordinate debt cannot keep up with Tammany level unchecked corruption. California is a prime poster child example as the democritters cube down on implosion level graft. As warned the consumer are digging in to survival characteristics.
As it was seen before they sleeped walk into another carmagedon abject looting blowout phase. Dozens and dozens of experts as before unable to see the real signs of the times. Lucky if it even starts to grind sideway into 2025 since they cannot fathom the market is not the economy. Bad enough to watch the 51 agency issue fight over the scrapes as leveraged insanity. Scaping bottom is the best seen to even survive these
disconnects into 2018. No excuse can excuse the crayon chewers on all sides of the vindictive tax thieves.
I can see why FDR cut off funding to these political filth cults. If people figure out the truth, that the government doesn't do a damn thing to help them, people might wake up and decide we don't need so many government employees and bureaucrats....they can't have that.
NATO served it's stated purpose. It's time has passed. The body farm lunatics know the facts they wanted to join NATA and they told them to
fuck off with the is is Rhodes Scholar lunatic handlers. The 7 countries in 5 years is as clear as the Russians are going to swim to Toronto then sprint to New York and jog to Mexico City. Yea we read the arc of instability papers just like all the rest of the concerned taxpayers. The new snow cones with the existing self licking ice cream cones are the ultimate necessary evil. They will suck us dry and blow us away like dust as it is. The dichotomy of the swamp lunatics in charge of this looting shit show embrace the suck.
NATO will continue to be used to block (the real, Republic of) the USA. Its independence, growth, prosperity, security for our Republic's and its citizenry's benefit. Yes they do want the currency implosion and delete the unwashed underway. Uniparty owns these Bitches.
