This will work out fine. Not having a written lease as the transition is made to a lease renewal or a move is to my advantage. Also, the best time to renew a lease is February because prices are the lowest here at that time of year. So having them "extend" it from December 31 to February 28 also works to my advantage.Iceman wrote:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NzlG28B-R8Y
Otherwise H...a big WOW again from your side of the earth. My wife and I had something like this (although, not lease per-se) in Vegas some TZ time back. Went round and round with the Mr. X'er manager for don't how many days/weeks/months long on that and many other TZ issues that came up over the 2012-2013 year. Eventually worked it's way out, when we left. Hope yours turns out to be more in-favorable.

I still think that bitcoin represents a huge danger to the market.Higgenbotham wrote: > Getting back to the stock market, in early August I talked about a

What I heard about bitcoin this week is one of the anecdotal things indicating we're near a top. I wasn't terribly concerned hearing about a few speculators off in a dark corner playing with their virtual coins. But this week I heard that the Chicago Mercantile Exchange will begin trading a bitcoin contract. That means bitcoin has gone from the dark corners into the mainstream financial markets and, yes, now it definitely has the potential to infect the markets, not to forget what it says about current market psychology.John wrote:I still think that bitcoin represents a huge danger to the market.
It was just two weeks ago that I writing about how it had surged
past $5K, and today it's up 5% today, above $7K. The question is
whether a bitcoin crash will trigger forced selling elsewhere.

CME says it plans to launch bitcoin futures by the end of the year, pending regulatory review.
Bitcoin surges to a record in response to the announcement from the world's largest futures exchange.
The growth of bitcoin derivatives is also another step toward the development of the digital currency as a more established asset class.
