2007 reply

It has come to my attention that there is severe underemployment in the Farrier, Blacksmithing, and Carriage Making and Buggy Whip industries which, left unchecked, could spread to the Street Sweeping, Boardwalk, and Agricultural Productivity Enhancement portions of our economy, potentially disrupting up to 75% of our Gross Domestic Product.

Those who will be left behind are.

Psalm 37:25
I once was young and now am old, yet never have I seen the righteous abandoned or their children begging for bread.

To calculate REAL, TOTAL RETURN, we must adjust the total return formula by including “life expectancy.”
RTR =((1+(Ca + D)/ 1+I)-1)^(Si-Lfe)
Where:
Ca = Capital Appreciation
D = Dividends
I = Inflation
Si = Starting Investment Age
Lfe = Life Expectancy

Proverbs 28:8
He who increases his wealth by interest and usury lays it up for one who is kind to the poor.

Level every dead mall in America. Plenty of housing space and ag zones.

Hot money problem from Wall Street, local, and Asian foreigners (read chinabugs) pouring money into real estate desperate for yield.

Eliminate both and you solve housing problem.

I doubt if my barber friend survived. He is either wiser, or dead by now.
To conflate a point my young barber moved to Seattle since why work here, when I can do the same there and get more since just because I am young does not mean I am not smart. I told Him dead armadillos are on the yellow line in the road as Jim Hightower said.
Hamlet, Act 3 Scene 1

In Hamlet’s eyes, the mere act of agreeing to report back to Claudius makes them guilty. Their refusal to directly respond to his questions about who sent them also serves to make them seem dishonest. However, they do not reveal to Claudius that Hamlet is aware of his spying, showing that they do hold some degree of loyalty towards their old friend. Their conversation with Hamlet is also full of innuendos and teasing jokes, offering a glimpse into what was once a lively and genuine friendship.

Here is my proof hyperinflation is coming. Three simple steps.

1) Famous Big Short Investor Michael Burry Warns Weimar-Like Hyperinflation Is Coming To America
https://moguldom.com/338484/famous-big- ... o-america/

2) "The Big Short" investor swore off tweeting in March after SEC officials visited him.

3) Never Believe Anything Until It Is Officially Denied

If the SEC made Burry shut up, that counts as an official denial. So hyperinflation is true people. If there was nothing to it the SEC would not have made Burry shut up.

There is a sequence of thoughts getting to someplace, unlike some other posters.

Wow! That's a question out of left field. Are you looking for stock
picks? I just might not be the best person.

However, generally speaking, Boeing appears to be doing a lot better
than it did a year ago. At that time, they were hit with the double
whammy of the Max grounding and international travel bans. Both of
those are now in the past, and Boeing is enjoying the fruits of
pent-up demand. Some of that may be temporary, but Boeing is still
solid for long-term growth.

In my opinion, people making these decisions should factor in the
consideration that we're going to be at war with China. Boeing is
thus an important strategic company for America, and anyone should
consider supporting Boeing for that reason alone.

The article linked below says that Airbus is a better buy. A primary
reason is financial -- Boeing's debt has ballooned because of the
double whammy mentioned above. However, this difference is on the
margin, an when you factor in the need to support America, Boeing may
be the better choice.

As for the "brain drain," that has many aspects, and I don't know how
to forecast it. However, I believe that it's a problem that Boeing
management knows how to deal with, and so it won't significantly
affect their plans. I also come back to the issue of impending war.
One international military fright could change the "brain drain"
situation overnight.
