Input fixed costs from september are real.
We bought what was needed before the input cost increase for opex maps.
Will it level off from the sogo maps as seen before.
Over my 45 years of observation it will not matter.
The world changes every day and the sun came up.
Our investment areas are Carribean, Scandinavian and
what appears to be sane. The current administration in the swamp
are bat shit crazy open border waiting to loot the taxpayers
with pension obligation bond cults in tow as they lie to you every damn day.
The healh care system will fragment into service areas as I was instructed and breifed to protect licenses.
They treated so many so wrong for so long at the end of day for profit parachute looting
in many areas. The middle managers are stained from the rank hyprocracys.

So here we are again. After months of inflation hysteria, on TV and
in this forum, it now appears that the CPI is leveling off, and not
spiraling up to infinity. How many times have we gone through this
cycle in the last 20 years? Too many to count.
[...]
It's possible that the cpi is about to turn negative again.
[...]
The "experts" have been wrong almost every quarter for 70 quarters.
It looks like the "experts" are wrong again and I've been right.
John, how about a "you were right" wager. If CPI gets below 2% for past 12 months then I post "John was right" and if it gets above 8% you post "Vince was right". Deal?

I don't know why you keep doing this to yourself, Vince, but there
isn't a snowflake's chance in hell that the CPI will get anywhere
near 8%. However, I have no desire to participate in a grand wager.

** 14-Sep-2021 World View: Meaning of inflation

People have absolutely no clue what inflation means. I just heard
someone on tv ranting about inflation, and how food prices are being
pushed up by transportation costs. He was asked how long it would
take for inflation to come down. He said, "Give me a break! Oil is
$70 a barrel. Do you think the Saudis are going to take less? Do you
think Russia is going to take less?"

That is monumental ignorance on what inflation is. He has no idea
what he's talking about.

If the price of oil goes from $60 to $70, then there is inflation that
quarter. But if the price of oil stays at $70, even though that might
be considered a high "inflationary" value, then it's still 0%
inflation in the next quarter.

There's a lot of talk about how the producer price inflation was high,
and that may be true. But if consumers find a way to buy alternative
products and services at lower prices, then the CPI will not rise as
much.

We discussed bundles since econometrics.
These open border lunatics in the Senate do not even pretend to care.
Business does not pay taxes Consumers do.
The fact is the guy can’t even complete sentences
is in charge of policy and SALT tax issues.
Taxpayers are kittens in a sack to be tossed into river to these
current maniacs and spending predators.
Rhino assclowns posse printed up $10 trillion over 4 years.
Yea Triffins and no bid contracts with twenty year self licking ice cream cones
with Doctor Warners facts are not forgotten to what is going to ramp up.
Empire has its moments. Row well 41.

I hope you know how to grow your own food.
The Ottomans taxed trees for centuries.
Centurys later the soil ran into the valleys.
Now they sell drop irrigation to the starving decendants of tree taxers in a zone.
Now the idiots drained all the water to save minnows.
You are ruled by crayon chewers.

The first place it appears, as it tracks the money supply quite well, is in financial assets and real estate.
So if you park your money there, to avoid the loss of its value due to the government's inflating the money supply,
your assets increase in value.
But if you try to swap them for other assets, you have to pay the tax on the government's inflation.
You wouldn't be any further ahead without the tax or any other asset is likewise more expensive.
So swapping assets results in the government confiscating your wealth.
And they pretend there's no wealth tax or borders as they wipe you out.

The Russel-2000 is now below its 100-day moving average. Only about another 1% drop to get to the 200-day moving average.
Could be the start of something. At these valuations it is not value investors that have been buying, only trend followers. So if the trend changes to a down trend, there should be a lot of trend followers that change to sellers, and still no value buyers till after a big drop.

To end real estate speculation only billionaires will be affected in China.
Look like the bond frenzy is over for the passive cults.
Looks like due diligence is on the menu as they build what was on the menu
for direct cash flow. As they say may you live in interesting times. The retards
here will screech like the damn fools they truly are.
