Kind of thing that happens when getting near the crash?

$1.5 Quadrillion has to settle and yet the banks continue writing derivative contracts in the old language.

I think it's brilliant that the video starts with identifying the geography and geology of this area,
then moves to the story of early humans and the invention of agriculture before talking about the Sumerians themselves.

My house is paid off. Got to be able to sleep at night no matter what happens.

I have some Bitcoin - For me this is my "savings" and "low risk". :-) More than everything else below. No leverage. Too volatile.
I have some gold (much less than Bitcoin) - this is my "very low risk savings". I think Bitcoin will do well in coming craziness, but am sure Gold will.

Puts on S&P500 (good amount) - I have never had such a high fraction of my net worth in S&P puts before as I do now. Crash looks close to me.
Calls on GLD - high leverage - if we go into hyperinflation in the next 2 years I will be far better off than most
Calls on SLV - silver has a good chance to go up even faster than gold
Puts on TLT (just small amount) - long term interest rates have to go up so long term bonds should be going down
Calls on XON - They have a lot of oil in the ground and if we get hyperinflation their stock will go up from that alone.

Cash for a month or two of expenses most of the time. Guys who think we are headed for hyperinflation don't like lots of cash.

Most calls are Jan 2024 options. The puts are shorter, most Apr to Oct 2022.
I have heard of and am looking for longer term options on oil. There are oil futures "CL" that go out longer but
I don't see options on futures further out than 2 years or options on any of the futures that are more than 2 years out. Still looking though.

I have a Bitcoin ATM business (bitcoin.ai) that I expect to increase substantially if we get hyperinflation. In hyperinflation people want to convert bad currency into something that holds value better but need to convert back when they are ready to spend it as most stores will only take the local currency. Places with high inflation, like Venezuela, do this already. In hyperinflation I am confident that this Bitcoin business could be enough to live on, even if all the brokerage account stuff failed for some reason.

We are also getting setup to farm fish. Have poured concrete and have most of the equipment we need. Should have starter fish in the next month or two.

And doing some to get ready to build a seastead. Getting large propellers and such. Maybe in the next 6 months. If the world really falls apart, I think Seasteads will be very popular. See seastead.ai

I would be interested to hear what other people are doing.

I am not a licensed investment advisor and nothing here should be thought of as investment advice for anyone else. Just what I am doing.

We are not to marlburo reds and levi's for currency as we seen before in zones.
As we see in other zones rampant criminal activity and the brain dead.
The brick in the wall is the mind prison these serf embrace.
We did dig a pond years ago and water management systems are difficult to manage.
The worst of it was diseased deer of Bluetongue the arthropod-borne non-contagious infectious disease.
They run a fever and submurge themselves and expire so we had to check daily then.
Epizootic Hemorrhagic Disease (EHD) was bad but has passed for now it appears.
I do not Hunt but we watch for patterns of local game also rather close.
I will not even get into the nicotine insecticides and GMO diseases we trended also to the still diseased mindsets to the food chain.
As we noted these retards started importing food noted on page 11 of obscure press release some time ago.
We have not noted much (CWD) that is a prion disease from a sick enviroments for issues not to be discussed here.
As noted we focused on non chemical farm and sound ground water management.
You are doing the right thing securing your local supply networks.
We noted the more they eat out of the super market the higher the rate of fatalitys from compromised immune systems.
These pricks got a pill for everthing and we got no issues with consumers choices if they have any at all now.
The point is they have been had on more levels than they will or can ever admit.
We got luckey and survived so far from these lunatics. The antibody treatments are essential if you get it and
if they decide that a two percent motality rate is aceptable we only forwarded more body bags in cluster studies
and the next wave of these tiny bubbles called consumers are bankrupt that allow even the largest ships to go under in an instant.
Some can make the agrument no lab accidents exists. You should know better than that by now.
The sev amounts for the property taxes will wipe them out also. The wasting is a feature and fact trended.
Higg is right on bubble but the tiny bubbles all triggering at once a ship goes under in a blink of an eye as you noted in the
recent esg etf sheep pen slaughter. The track record of treachery and deceit speaks for itself on what is already here.

In terms of heating degree days, energy demand will skyrocket through the first half of January.
They will be crushed as -20 F moves in as we are watching. At -40 F it gets interesting for us.
We are going to have 10 days supply on top of 100 day supply.
Inflation is a tax imposed. I have not run the seisures from property tax and the ignored zone 10 minute
expulsions in housing. Thousands and thousands evicted for nurerous facts and consequences.
The three locusts effects still unchecked into this septemeber blow outs trended and the labor pool decimations.
The tiny bubbles will be the tar pits for the demsheviks lie cheat steal burn loot murder cults.
On the backs of the broken they where looted by their very own and are.

When further asked about when he thought the next recession would be, Musk said: "Predicting macroeconomics is challenging, to say the least. My gut feel is maybe around spring or summer 2022, but not later than 2023."

Recall, it was just about a month ago that Musk casually chided that SpaceX could face bankruptcy during the next recession.

"If a severe global recession were to dry up capital availability / liquidity while SpaceX was losing billions on Starlink & Starship, then bankruptcy, while still unlikely, is not impossible," Musk Tweeted back on November 30.

I think Elon has sold billions of dollars of his Tesla shares so he will be in a position to save SpaceX if it comes to that.
