A CNN "hero": Triple vaxxed, wears masks & shields, tests obsessively, locks herself in bathroom... still gets Covid.

On the world wide web, it is important that you respect others by being polite, and by choosing the right words at the right time. There will be times that your comments or posts will affect, annoy, intimidate, or offend another individual.

This Butthurt Form contains form fields that ask about the incident like when did it happen and where did it happen. It also asks what is nature of the butthurt and the links or URLs of the related post.

The smart kids stocked up and it will not hurt to have your zinc and Vitaman D in better shape either.

Cleveland Fed is estimating 7.18% CPI for January (released Feb).

So they don't think we are on the way down yet.
Probably it is worse than they think.

This reverse repo trend is probably important.
I have no idea what this massive increase actually means?

There's an old trading saying that "the trend is your friend". Betting against the trend is certainly a risky business since markets can be irrational longer than we, as individuals, can remain solvent.
So currently on the S&P 500 all the daily moving average indicators are still strongly upwards: the 15, the 50 and the 200 moving daily averages all are pointing up.

So the initial part of January should continue upwards. I suspect 4800 which is currently a resistance level will be surpassed and become a support level. Then its onto 4850 and beyond.

I think the market will be broken when there is understanding that the current inflation is not transitory. The higher it goes the bigger the crash!!!

It seems like banks depositing cash with the Fed for little interest and the Fed giving them treasuries as security, as if anyone does not trust the Fed to give back their money.

I suspect banks don't want to take the risk of bonds, with interest rates going up, but this way it is as if the Fed is not holding the bonds, when for any risk to the value of the bond the Fed is really owning them. Maybe banks can dump bonds without it looking like the Fed is buying up all the bonds. Not sure.

But I feel this is important and I wish I understood it better.
