One homeless man climbed through a woman’s window , raped and killed her, killed her dogs and set the house on fire.
They have occupied, in their thousands, the nearby river banks and parks near to the river. The river is now full of hazardous levels of E. coli bacteria from feces .It is like Calcutta. A homeless man abducted a 16 year old girl from a nearby neighborhood , took her to his blue tarp tent at the river, bound her, raped and strangled her.
Armstrong told gathered media that police want input from the public, but for safety reasons would rather people report crimes to the department instead of getting involved.
