No we did not buy the dip we see no macd or rsi to suggest so.
Closed book 4 also - Jun 30, 2022 9:42 AM ET - as this price channel look suspect since E forward as usual suspects appear in P
so not equal to P/E malarky of the penguins and barking seals.

H is correct on the drain values since the alleged smart guys did not hedge enough.....
I think they will go wait and see intoSeptember is our modest view.

Every one and every thing will get dinged here forward in our assement.
We also suggest the DNC shit show on the Hill proves they are decrepid and just even more worthless.

This was from permabull Ed Yardeni 3 weeks before the S&P topped and went into a bear market.

"Before going to Wall Street, he was an economist with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the U.S. Treasury. Then he spent 25 years at firms including Deutsche Bank, EF Hutton (where he was dubbed “Dr. Ed”) and Prudential Equity Group."
We’re living in an unusually uncertain environment. Yet the stock market continues to rise. Why?

It’s the old climbing the wall of worry.

What’s your outlook for the market?

It’s a bull market. This has been a great bull market that started in 2009. What we saw in 2020 was a bear market. But it didn’t last long: It was more of a panic attack.

I’ve counted 71 panic attacks since the beginning of the bull market, and they’ve all turned out to be buying opportunities.

You just kind of close your eyes and maybe lie down for a while and then get up and see that the market has recovered.
When do you think the next bear market might hit?

It will be preceded by some event in the credit market — a financial crisis — that’s fairly limited at first and becomes more widespread. It will look like an economywide credit crunch, which then causes a recession.

Also, in the past, surging oil prices have been associated with recessions.

But I just don’t see either of these events happening in the next couple of years.

Obviously, Ed has been right about the bull market for a very long time and given that and his credentials it therefore may have been easy to believe that he would have been able to call the turn when it came, but he wasn't able to.

I have read his letters off and on for some time.
Hedonic index and regression analysis has sank many boats
as even Keynes warned. Unobtainium reality for now since direct cash
will mater until the swamp body farm goes Cantilon and just annialates what
is barely able to make any ends meet. Marxist are simply mouth breathers.
Next they will castigate people for energy flows in a fiat system wondering why
dxy is up. They simply cannot fathom supply flows from node systems as before.
Democrats calling for advice of how do I survive this market.
Priceless.

Sounds like what Mannarino has been saying for "time immemorial" and now he seems to be thinking this is it. And he seems shaken. How can any of us living with plenty imagine the difficulties coming with the downturn? Scary indeed

I have never understood how anyone could invest in crypto. Yes, people have made money, but there are so many ways you could end up with zero.
There's literally more security investing in cow manure.
