Unknown Book Contributors Email Addresses

There are two contributors to the GoFundMe who rightfully deserve a copy of the book who have not contacted me by email.
GoFundMe does not provide me contributors email addresses, so I cannot send the book until I get an email me with the code that I sent shortly after contributions were made.
To these two: Please look for a thank you message from GoFundMe. Then send me the code according to the instructions in that Thank You note.
I want to make sure that all who contributed get what they are entitled to.

Helen Keller has been "cancelled"...just because she is white.
"...to some Black disability rights activists, like Anita Cameron, Helen Keller is not radical at all, 'just another, despite disabilities, privileged white person,' and yet another example of history telling the story of privileged white Americans.
If America is not heading for civil war, then no country is.

The last syllogism is false. Example: America is not heading
for civil war, but China is heading for civil war.

So, I decided to look into the survival rates of our two previous crisis wars (the Civil War and WWII) for US troops. Here's what I found.
During the Civil War, the survival rate was 79.22%. 40.90% of the survivors were wounded or captured.
For the Union, the survival rate was 83.18%. 25.32% of the survivors were wounded or captured.
For the Confederacy, the survival rate was 70.50%. 81.38% of the survivors were wounded or captured.
During WWII, the survival rate was 97.49%. 5.30% of the survivors were wounded or captured.
