There are six conditions enumerated in the Exemptive Order that are applicable to BD/FCMs. Two conditions, however, will not apply in all instances: one applies when a customer is not affiliated with a BD/FCM and the other applies when a customer is affiliated with a BD/FCM. The remaining four conditions apply to all customers.

Seal the borders and it goes away, its that simple that they fix it there first, and not be what they wish it to be here.
Sorry save your platitudes over there as they say. Ask Europe how goes it.

Developing Dow Theory Non-Confirmation

The Industrials have closed over their May closing high; the Transports have not. I had noted UPS earnings warning and the weakness in FedEx stock. FedEx stock is showing similar negative divergence from the general indices as it did in July 2007.

"UPS said Friday morning adjusted earnings are expected to fall to $1.13 a share in the second quarter as a weakening U.S. economy weighed on second-quarter performance. That would reflect the first quarterly earnings decline for UPS in more than three years."

The problem is this stuff today.
Example:
Had dinner with Mom last night. She's 82 years old and slowly dying of skin cancer and congestive heart failure. She was feeling fine last night.
After dinner she asked me to look at something. She shoves a Chase Bank (JP Morgue) account statement in front of my face and asks if it looks right.
I serve as her financial advior and executor of her estate. Didn't even know she had this account.
She had rolled over a CD paying zero interest and the bank thief rep had advised to her to put into a JPM bond fund to "get a better yield".
Since beginning of year bond fund had lost principal due to rising interest rates, but here is the kicker...
These guys had been consistently charging her $50 a month, yes, that's right $50 a MONTH, to "manage" her measley account. Current balance $13,500. $600/year (4.4%) in management fees for the privelage of losing her hard earned money?
I was livid and asked If she wanted me to call this asshat up and ask him why he was stealing my $82 year old mothers money.
She convinced me that she would do that herself. Think she saw the anger in my eyes and was worried what I might do. This won't make a difference in her short remaining life.
The boldness of these thieves is extraordinary.

wake up
That's a lot like younger generations in the '80s & '90s being sold the lie that Social security will be there for them while payouts to oldsters never missed an inflation increase.

Ask Mr. Putin how to implement Mr. Andropov's plan. Maybe give the Democrats a copy since they are
brain dead after Cloward-Piven and third world central planning. There will be ditch digging every where.
