U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is heading to London to meet with Putin's representative and offer new concessions to Russia to get this Ukrainian crisis to recede from the media and let Obama and Kerry move on to more important issues.
Kerry, is not waiting for results from that trip to move on to more important U.S. Foreign Policy goals:
