5,800 or 8,500 ( potential war refugees ) per day

Is it possible that the 5,800 number is a typo and should have been 8,500, or were there two records set during the the month of October, with the latest one being in the last 24 hours?John on 2015-10-25 wrote:Cold weather has not slowed the numbers of migrants, especially from Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan, as EU officials had hoped.
