More pressure ongoing into sept5th window is the skinny Higg. Many are raising cash as we know here.
As Independants funds coal to keep a few men working to feed familys who supply aep the profit went long to get kids
to school on a long as I indicated a few days ago. Around here they piss and moan only stupid people work and
that needs to stop.

Martin has August 7 sitting at the same place on the cycle as the 1987 crash a few cycles back. He has discussed it and had thought a few weeks back that seeing the market moving down in this time frame would be more positive for 2015.75. Perhaps August 7 will be the high instead. I will have to do the counts on that. 14 months turn to turn has been another place to look, as I've noted many times here, so in this case June 4, 2012 to August 4. Then August 9 would be 2 years from the downgrade panic low. Anyway, I just locked in a partial position at 1702 on the futures a few minutes ago. I've taken 26 points in losses on that over the past few weeks. The futures are 4-5 points under the cash index. Part of my trading is just to say the move from the March 2011 low to the May 2011 high was 120 points and it would be reasonable to be short some 120 points or so from the June low.
While the periphery breaks down rather slowly at first, the capital cities of the hegemon should collapse suddenly and violently.

No doubt the market will tell us since Washington is a fork tongue into sept30th.
I should of conveyed the week of x we are seeing and doing y because if not z is going
to happen anyway. No fiat was harmed because the profit is going to be delivered
since metals is repriced properly over 6000 years and fiat cannot be as more walk
away from retards.

It looks like the inverse of the 1987 crash counts out to a high early to mid next week. No doubt many have been looking for a low then and that would be what yesterday and today was all about. Had the Fed used the word taper it may have happened that way. I don't think it would take much to trigger a change of polarity of the herd.

Both sides are fish heads and have proven they cannot be trusted. At least they used to try and lie about sticking the mentally diseased kill switch hand in your pocket.
The taxpayers continue to deserve all they elect. People cannot understand these days to even change spark plugs or what a egr valve does so how can these same people
care about others and the removal of the American Backbone called the middle class. Its like these retards cannot understand Fuel and Road Use Tax goes to the general fund
so food is hidden taxed as your infrastructure collapses as they bitch about city's collapsing from wages and benefits out of control. Public theft in plain site and they will now
set up mandatory exchanges or you go into a cage. Thieves and lies never stop and the Justice Department incites a Fabian age old agenda to destroy our remaining rights.
All thieves and lies to distract from reality.

Compared of motor vehicle fuel tax revenues are estimated lower in 2013-14 and in 2014-15. In addition, the base year fuel consumption estimate in 2012-13
decreased from the earlier estimate due to lower than estimated actual gasoline and diesel fuel consumption.

This offset as budgeted means we get no matching funds as we maintain rebid services taxpayers paid for locally for now in our district.
The increase to State Capitals also as content tax will maintain a cap on energy costs since they cannot allow it to drop anyway.
Price will not drop as it is exported and has been for some time. As we note the carbon tax is plain theft and as it was explained
on the last cap unless you run a extension cord Washingtom its lights out on mandated regulations that if enacted would of put
the Country in an instant stone age, or to say dark ages on the extent people cannot fathom. Regulation is not reality going forward
but maybe we should be like taxpayers that insist only stupid people work. Idiots top to bottom cannot see trees or the forrest on
even the topical facts of reality. If you do not think these idiots did not burn it down you are an idiot as they lament now we have rights
to fuck you with our gold plated benfits and pensions as the private Unions are destoyed who died for others so they can steal now in
from the Public in plain site as self licking ice cream cones on all levels. When it collapses is not how, but many know facts from pressitutes
that are spinless bastards as it swirls downward. The market or the government since no third option exists. I have been in countless downsizes
over the many decades and three of seven jobs are forever gone. Value is Ethics, and when enough taxpayers pull the thumb out of there mouth,
or ass I can hope for that day as a taxpayer.

Everyone working on a budget knows. T posted a graph on earnings and employment and I think it nailed the proper context forward.

Also seen the first of the $3.78 million that purchased the six hybrid buses for the city's Metro Transit System.
Hardly heard go by. Coal to gas will take some time also as we know.

The bill retains some of the same principles the lawmaker proposed in similar legislation that passed the House by a bipartisan vote of 267–144 in 2011. It also contains requirements for groundwater monitoring at all structures that receive coal ash after the legislation’s enactment and corrective action for unlined, leaking impoundments within a specified time period, as outlined in a previous Senate bill.

BUT: On Wednesday January 27, 2010, 4:27 pm EST
UNIONTOWN, Ala. (AP) -- The owners of a west Alabama landfill have filed for bankruptcy protection despite a multimillion-dollar contract to accept tons of coal ash spilled in an environmental accident at a Tennessee Valley Authority power plant. The bankruptcy petition was filed Tuesday in Mobile by Perry Uniontown Ventures LLC and Perry County Associates. The companies own the land and permits for the Arrowhead Landfill, which has accepted tons of coal ash spilled at a Tennessee power plant in 2008. According to court documents, landfill operators Phillips and Jordan Inc. and Phill-Con Services have a multimillion-dollar contract with TVA to accept coal ash from Kingston, Tenn., site of the spill. But the owners of the landfill accuse the companies operating it of withholding money from them. The landfill owners claim the late payments forced them into Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Also, Perry County has yet to receive almost $780,000 in dumping fees even though the landfill operators have received millions of dollars from TVA, according to court documents.
Good go find the assholes from this other site and watch it now!

We need honest gatekeepers as we see here but internally we need structual sanity 20 years ago to say the least.

All of these properties were built before 1978 <---- never buy one before that date now as they note it is a stupid tax to do so given the issues.

We reported our second quarter results last night, and we had adjusted EBITDA of $55.9 million, up 4% as compared to our first quarter, and distributable cash flow
of $22.8 million, up 3% as compared to the first quarter. I own a some but not alot since I spread out on them.

If the market gets wacked, whatever I may pick some more up, no clue my crystal ball is broken anyway.

Another report came out from the bank of Japan. They increased their base money supply by 2.6% in the 11 days from July 20 to July 31.

People, this is out of control money printing. It is panic bond selling with the central bank the only buyer. This is how hyperinflation starts. It just can not be long now.

"The Russell 2000 trend dates line is drawn back to 1998. Since 1998 every time the Russell 2000 bumps up against it’s trend line the index gets rejected and this starts a serious correction.

The Russell 2000 trend broke down in 2000, 2008 and has almost touched it’s trend in 2013."

"Using the Russell 2000 daily closing prices since inception, 98.47% of the time when the following conditions are met the subsequent 30 day return is negative."

The conditions are close to being met.
